We Absolutely love DoGo! Bri is great! She’s been grooming my dog since he was first able to be groomed! She always makes sure he looks awesomely stylish and she follows my directions on what I like. They are also really great about working with you on times that fit your schedule. Great grooming salon!

This salon is absolutely fantastic. Elizabeth & Bianca as well as the whole staff are beyond amazing!!!! They provide such genuine caring love & support for my puppy Chichi! I highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants the best care for their beloved pets!

Elizabeth and her crew are the best. Been coming here first for my two cats and now my dog peanut. Total about 12 years or so, they do an amazing job, flexible and professional and the best part is my dog is so happy as we pull in, he loves them. Definitely recommend coming here.

Wish I knew about this hidden gem a long time ago!!! I was referred here by an employee at Petco because my dog Dexter has a heart murmur and I don’t want him in a stressful environment. The customer service and care I received for Dexter is unmatched! I will be leaving the valley soon, but I will continue to drive over here to bring my dog to this groomer because that’s how amazing their service is! Not to mention they did a phenomenal job on Dexters hair cut, and he looks so handsome 🙂

Horrible service and quite frankly the owner was never willing to adjust the schedule for my pet. She was rude and for the price it's definitely not worth it. I will never use this grooming salon again and I was a very frequent customer who always tipped. The fact that she treated me the way she did, considering I was a repeat customer is simply not acceptable. I've had better luck with other groomers, in other states than I did with her. It's really a shame when a business can't keep up with the demand. I understand being busy and getting more clients, but that is no excuse to be rude or not be accommodating to those clients who have been with you for a long period of time. By the way Elizabeth, this is Rutina. I stepped away from your business because you are not doing a good job, at all. I don't need to go back and forth with you, I only needed to find, a better groomer. Thank goodness you're not the only groomer in Woodland Hills.

SOOO great, this place! Everybody who works here is super friendly, and they take such good care of the dogs! I saw a dog being shampooed while I waited to have my pups' nails clipped. That dog looked perfectly content... like I do when I get a massage. My dogs are usually freaked out when I take them to other places to get their nails clipped. They weren't freaked out at The Grooming Salon. They just seem to have the magic touch! Love this place... it's my new grooming salon!

Setup a mobile wash for my 2 dogs and for the past few months Elizabeth and her team are always keeping me up to date and accommodate my schedule.
