Elite Paws is just that…ELITE! We are so impressed with the professionalism, rapport and quality! I highly recommend Elite Paws and Ashley. Our dogs love her! The grooming, communication and services are excellent.
We love Ashley and Elite Paws! She is kind, gentle with our anxious dogs, and always on time. She texts me the day before to make sure the time and day are still good. The dogs look wonderful!!
Super friendly and quick. Did an amazing job with our 4.5 month old. First time grooming and she was treated great. More like a spa than a groomer. 😁
Five stars. My dog came back with a haircut that looked better than mine. She now refuses to get out of the car unless it’s to see this mobile grooming van. They even offered her sparkling water. I’m considering booking myself an appointment.
Ashley did a great job on our all of our dogs and cat. Our pets smelled wonderful and were fully dry. Even though it can be difficult to reach her, the wait is worth it. The big plus is my pets don’t have to wait in a kennel all day.
Voicemail is always full, doesn’t reply to messages/text, I would put my dogs on every other week schedule like they were where we are from. My dogs looked good after the first visit, since then I’ve tried MULTIPLE times and Ashley never responds. Oh well, will take business elsewhere!
Ashley is awesome!!! Nala has been to many groomers in her 12 yrs of life. Ashley is by far the best groomer we have ever used. Highly doubt we will be able to find a suitable replacement here in Germany Nala misses you
