Not satisfied at all. Did NOT get what I asked for. Groomer did an awful job. I was very specific, and provided pictures. The cut was very uneven, and choppy on her face. Her nails look awful, and her tail was not trimmed at all. Groomer refused to give a refund, only offered to blend in where she cut it choppy and uneven, which should have never happened to begin with. Lady needs to spend more time listening to her customers, than assuming she already knows. I do not recommend! The pictures show what I asked for, what I got (specifically around her eyes and face shape) and her nails.

Third times a charm… We’d been to several different groomers for our bernedoodle that were harsh and not patient with our puppy leaving him terrified of the groomer. Toby just went for his first cut at Stevenson Styles and we will 100% be back. They took extra time with him and answered all our questions ahead of time. I could tell from the second we picked him up that it was a positive experience for him which is so relieving! His hair cut is also paw-fect!!! The smile says it all - we will be back! Thank you to Rachel and team. Toby Keith finally found his favorite groomer! 🤍

My dog isn't the best with people touching his legs and paws. Stevenson Styles Pet salon is so sweet with him and take great care of him. He can be a jurk to them, but they have been offering tips to help him get acclimated, as Geddy (my dog) is a rescue. They are patient and kind and are wonderful people and do a wonderful job.

Rachel does awesome with all my dogs!But she is especially patient with my old guy!And I appreciate her for all she does for him and them!The one on the right is 14!

Absolutely awesome shop. Barbie and Liv are the finest grooming team I’ve seen, especially when it comes to spoiling the fur babies! Big and small they love them all like they are their own and take care of them as such.

Stevenson Styles Pet Salon provides awesome service. We needed to find a new groomer for our miniature schnauzer Rosie. It’s not easy finding a place you can trust for a persons fur baby and Rachel was recommended to us. We spoke to her and she was so nice, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. When I came in, the place was clean and Rachel was so patient and kind. When I picked up Rosie, she looked absolutely fabulous! Rachel did a fantastic job with exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Stevenson Styles Pet Salon for all your pets grooming needs.
