I am so happy I brought my puppy here for his first grooming. The staff was very welcoming, understanding. and knowledgable. Liliana, the owner, and Asliana have undoubtedly created a space where I feel comfortable leaving my puppy in. 10/10 sending all my friends and family here!! I can’t say enough good things about Your Pet’s Paradise! I brought my dog Toby here, and he can be very difficult to groom. Every other groomer I’ve tried has struggled with him, and they always tell me he’s hard to handle. But from the moment we walked in, the staff treated Toby with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. They took the time to make him feel comfortable, and the grooming turned out better than I could have hoped and he came home looking and smelling amazing. What really makes this place stand out is how genuinely caring the team is. Instead of rushing through everything, they worked slowly with Toby, and I could tell he felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I’m so grateful for how well they handled him and it was such a positive experience for both of us.

I’m extremely disappointed with the grooming service my poodle received. Instead of a proper groom, they shaved almost all of his hair off and left noticeable bald spots on his face. It looks careless and rushed. If a dog is too anxious or aggressive to be groomed safely, the responsible and compassionate thing to do is to stop the service and communicate that to the owner, not take the easiest route just to collect payment. Grooming requires patience, skill, and care for both the pet and the owner. None of that was shown here. The pictures speak for themselves. I rarely write reviews, but I feel people need to be aware of the quality of service provided before trusting their pets here.

Thank you Pet Paradise for doing such a great job on our Golden Retriever. He looks like a new dog. You guys did a great job removing all the matted hair and thank you for making him feel like he was at home. He love his new Halloween bandana. We appreciate you guys! Definitely bringing my dog back here.

Very nice people and they did a great job! I would recommend.

I brought my anxious dog in for his 11:00 AM appointment and arrived 20 minutes early. He was already shaking and very nervous. By 12:30 I still had not heard anything, so I called to check on him. I was told they had not even started on him because they had other dogs ahead of him. The girl at the front desk also told me they do not take appointments and that it is first come first serve. This was surprising because when I spoke with the owner a month earlier, she told me my dog needed an appointment and I booked it based on that. The communication is completely inconsistent. No one called to let me know there would be a long wait, and I was not given the option to bring him later or avoid him sitting there stressed for over an hour. When I said I would not be coming back, the response was simply "that is ok," with no concern at all. I picked up my dog and left. I will not be returning. A grooming service should provide clear communication, honesty, and basic compassion for anxious pets. This experience showed me they do not prioritize any of those things.

Thanks to Jose Antonio for grooming my hairy princess. I got exactly what wanted. Also thank you for letting me know that she had an ear infection. I had no idea. I’m very grateful. See u soon!
