Chelsea Fox is amazing! She obviously loves what she does, and loves animals! I have a poodle mix, he requires regular grooming. I re eived a recommendation from a family member, and made an appointment. Best recommendation I have had in years! Chelsea is professional, cares, and knows what she is doing. The ladies at Ace Pet Grooming were wonderful with my dog. They returned my call quickly when I called to make the appointment, took her back on time, and had her ready to go within the estimated time they said it would take to have her finished. I highly recommend!
On Thursday June 9 we went to get our dogs groomed. Both our dogs were 75 each so it wasn’t really cheap at all. I wouldn’t even put one star but I had to so I could write this. They stole 50 dollars when we were having a conversation about the dogs and we never got our change back. when we went to got pick up our money she denied everything and said that we gave her the money, when that was never true. The groomers name is Courtney. I don’t recommend her she’s unprofessional 😡🤬🤬
This place is very responsive. I left a vm on Sunday night about an appointment and received a text at 7am the next day with Tuesday availability. They have groomed my border collie/golden three times and she always looks great. Her fur type is long and mats easily. She needs to be shaved down regularly for hygiene.
Sue is the best. She's very caring and helpful. My lab took to her quickly. Sue is very knowledgeable regarding your dog's skin and coat about all things dog's!!!
So thankful for Taylor at Ace Pet Grooming...She treats them like her own. And she's quick and good at what she does. She has our business!
