The front staff was very kind. Took in my dog to get nails trimmed. 15 dollars for cut nails. Same price as spca, same rushed job as spca. I guess I was expecting for them to be grinded after the nail cut, so I was a little disappointed.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I made an appointment with this groomer for my two dogs. I cancelled my appointment via email 3 days in advance (they required 24 hours in advance in order to avoid $40 per pet cancellation fee). On the day of the appointment, they called asking when I would be arriving and I told them I had cancelled my appointment earlier that week. They confirmed the email address I sent it to but claimed they did not receive it and proceeded to charge me the $80 cancellation fee anyway. I spoke to a Chris who asked for proof of the email so I took a screenshot of the one I sent and forwarded via text to the number he confirmed was correct twice on the phone. They continued to incessantly argue that they did not "receive" the email so they were charging the cancellation fee. Ironically, the screenshot was returned as invalid phone number. Basically stole $80 from me.

I ask them to no clip my cat nails and did it anyway I didn’t appreciate that he is an inside and out cat and I would have preferred them not to touch them but they did tell me that they clips his nails i also drop dropped him off and 9:30 and didn’t get him back intell 12/1 for his first time would have love a head notice that it would be that long of a wait but overall nice people

It was my puppy’s first time getting groomed and I was so worried he wouldn’t cooperate. BUT to my surprise, they were able to fully groom him. They really put my mind at ease. We will visit again!

They're there for all my needs. Kind, professional and they do a darned good job with my pups. I don't know what I'd do without them. And their prices don't break the bank.

I adopted a chihuahua mixed breed. "Little" is anxious about being taken from me and Chris shows so much tenderness to her. I’m disabled so Chris comes to my car to get her and carries her out to me when I pick her up. I highly recommend this business.

I took my border collie to Temple of Groom after taking him to 2 other places and not being a good fit. Glory and Chris were patient and accommodating to Max’s needs. Max will definitely be returning! Thank you again, Glory and Chris. 🐾❤️🐾
