HollyWoof-Woof Doggie Salon & Hotel

We brought both of our dogs here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and we were very impressed with their service! From the initial phone call on booking their appt to the pick up and reasonably priced too. We have an 11 yr old Pitbull and a 3 yr old Pitsky. Our girls hadn't been to a groomers for almost 2 years unfortunately, so their nails were very long. We were told to bring in their current rabies vaccine card, which was fine. Both of our girls were so happy to have been taken care of and seem to have really enjoyed being there. We couldn't get a picture of them together afterward because Sierra, our Pitsky is so hyper sometimes lol. Sadie, our old lady Pitbull had an extra pep in her step after her session and you see her enjoying the ride home in the picture below. We will definitely be going back in the next month!

We got our all-white mini bull terrier groomed here and they did amazing!!! Our baby Basu was shining ✨ and he absolutely loves the owner — you can tell she truly cares. We also get his nails clipped here, which used to be a struggle everywhere else, but not at Hollywoof-Woof! 🐾 They handled him with so much patience and kindness. Their new place is gorgeous, and the full experience we got for our pup was a total steal — other places have really overcharged us just because he’s an all-white pup, but not here. We definitely found our new regular spot, and when we need a hotel for him, this is where he’ll be staying. 💛 Thank you Hollywoof-Woof for your amazing service — and for having such a cute selection of pup vests too! ❤️😊👍

My family and I have been coming here since 2017 and they have all ways catered to every things we need with our dogs, the staff are wonderful/professional people and doing amazing work with all of our dogs! Also their new place is amazing with lots of space on the inside and to park. I love this place

My family loves this business! We have taken our dogs here for over 10 years! My childhood dog and my current dog of 8 years. They have always been very kind and patient with our dogs. They listen to the details I tell them about grooming my dog and take care of them well. I currently live out of state but whenever I visit the area, it’s a must to get my dog groomed by them. I highly recommend HollyWoof-Woof!

I’ve taken my pomeranian to HollyWoofWoof a few times in the past for grooming and boarding. He can be anxious with grooming and is known to nip, which the owner has been aware of from previous visits. When I dropped him off I reminded the employee who checked him in about his behavior, and she acknowledged that they were informed. About two hours later, I received a call saying that my dog had bitten two employees and that one was going to urgent care. I returned to pick him up immediately. When I arrived, the interaction with the owner was unprofessional and tense. I left feeling uncomfortable with how the situation was handled and communicated. My concern was that my dog was kept for over two hours despite showing signs of stress, and I wasn’t contacted earlier when the first signs of difficulty began. At other grooming facilities, I am asked to muzzle him at drop-off, which has prevented issues, but that step was not taken here. I’m sharing this experience so other pet owners with anxious or reactive dogs are aware of how behavioral challenges may be handled. I genuinely hope this feedback helps improve communication and safety protocols in the future.

We have been coming to HollyWoofWoof for years now and they never disappoint. Our schnauzer, Priya, loves coming here and always comes out spiffy. Great staff, great price, always friendly and caring. Def check them out 🌻

I’ve taken my dog here a handful of times, occasionally she’s done within an hour or two but sometimes I’d make an appointment and she wouldn’t be done for 4 hours, which always bothered me but the groom was good and owner is nice so no problem. But now I won’t be returning because whoever groomed her this time cut her very badly during her groom and no one reported it to me. I found it while petting her an hour after her groom and it certainly wasn’t there before. I was shocked by how large the spot was, I know it must have hurt and there is no way the groomer didn’t know it happened. I waited a while to review and post this because I wanted to see what the healing process was going to be like just in case I was mistaken and it was some kind of growth. I have no doubt now as it is completely scabbed and flaking. Had it been reported to me, I may have returned because I understand mistakes happen but now I don’t trust this business.
