I used Maxe a couple of years ago and she was great. Fast forward to April 2024 - I sent her a text asking if she was still doing nails, and she replied several hours later that she was. I requested an appointment - she finally replied 2 days later, so I asked if I should just call to set up a date and time. She replied a day later saying don’t call, she was just busy, so I left it at that. Another day passed and she texts saying she was available the next day, so we set up an appointment. Never showed up for the scheduled appointment, never contacted me again…very unprofessional.
I highly recommend this company. She is so loving and gentle with our Jax and has great treats! Prices are affordable. She is worth a big tip! Thank you Aubrey!💖
