We couldn’t be happier with the pet sitting services Hideyo provided for our bunny while we went on our trip. She checked in with us daily during each visit which included super cute pics of our happy bunny, which we loved. My boyfriend and I hired them in December to watch our dog and cat while we were gone for Christmas. We had some friends initially supposed to watch but cancelled last minute and I was able to book Wags to Whiskers last minute, thankfully!! They did an amazing job, Cristina was our actual sitter and she was absolutely amazing, I would definitely like to have her again in the future. She went above and beyond and did more than we could have imagined. Hideyo was delightful to communicate with, and we had constant updates of our animals. We felt very trustworthy of them to care for our babies!! Will definitely be using their services in the future!!

Hideyo has been taking care of all my kitties for several years. I currently have two highly social Savannahs, and one Bengal boy, Lokie, who is very shy. She always plays and feeds them very well, and cleans their litter boxes and waters them as needed. She even treats them to catnip, which they absolutely love. She takes great videos and photos daily, which is very important to me. She knows how to handle my shy boy, Lokie. I highly recommend Hideyo at Wags and Whiskers, and she is very professional and treats your home and animals with the deepest care and respect. Trust is very important to build, and she has never failed me.

I have 13 feral rescue cats and a koi pond. The cats tend to be very skittish and some pet sitters never see them all because they hide. Hideyo Yamamoto takes excellent care of them all, and they all love her. They all feel comfortable around her and even allow her to take selfies with them. And she takes excellent care of them. The cats and fish are fed on schedule, litter boxes are neat and clean when I come home, and the cats and koi are relaxed and calm. I am thrilled that my cats and fish are so well cared for and loved. I highly recommend Hideyo for pet sitting. She is conscious and does an excellent job.

She provides daily updates and photos so we can see our kitties when we are away and I am always so pleased with how relaxed and happy they look in Hideyo's care.
