Shawn is fantastic! I travel a lot for work and family and it is such a relief knowing that my cat is in great hands. Shawn took the time to really get to know our schedules and my kitty’s personality. She sends detailed notes, pictures and updates daily and spends quality time taking care of my cat with food, water, litter box cleaning, playtime, brushing and treats. She even sent voice memos from my cat purring which was so precious to receive while away. Once I had to ask Shawn to extend services when I had a last-minute change in itinerary and she replied very quickly and was able to accommodate an extra visit. Communication is prompt and thorough, and prices are reasonable. Great service!!!
