Never Home Alone with Happy Paws

We came to town from Indiana for the Packers/Bengals game and brought our dog along for the weekend. Happy Paws was the absolute best choice that we could have made to watch over him while we were at the game. Therese was super helpful throughout the entire process and we enjoyed meeting Kaleigh and having her come watch our Baxter for us. She was awesome and our dog loved hanging out with her! I would recommend Happy Paws for anyone looking for reliable pet care in the area 🙂

We love how well our boys are taken care of when we leave for a trip. We would love to have travel cats yet they’re happy to have a whole house to themselves, so it means the world to us that we’ve entrusted our babies to such a wonderful pet sitter. I can’t say enough how wonderful each sitter is. They follow our guidelines and are so patient with one of our shyer boys who can be hard to warm up to. Highly recommend them, and I love all the updates and pictures they send while we’re away, it makes us feel better knowing our boys are in good hands.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Therese's service is! She cared for our 2 chihuahuas while we were away. Her communication after each visit gave us the peace we needed to truly enjoy our vacation knowing our fur babies were safe and well cared for. She walked and played with them. Cleaned their bowls at the end of the day and even brought our mail in. She sent pictures of our happy boys and videos of them receiving the love and affection they needed in our absence. Thank you, Therese! We are SO GRATEFUL for You!

Therese and team are absolutely incredible! We did our initial meet and greet with Therese where any questions were answered, we were shown how to use their app, and we had a chance to show them around and talk a bit about our pet’s routine. This was very helpful and definitely eased any concerns we had. A huge shoutout to Tammy who watched our cat Harrison while we out of town for the week! She did an amazing job and I knew our sweet boy was in great hands. We loved seeing the daily updates and Harrison seemed to have a fantastic time. This service is well worth the money knowing that this is the happiest our pet has been while we were out of town. We will definitely be using this service more in the futue 🙂 Thank you so much!

I’ve been using Never Home Alone for the past three years since moving to Appleton, and I truly don’t know what I would have done without them. We are so grateful for the incredible care and love they’ve shown our cats when we are away. Therese has been an absolute lifesaver— always attentive to my concerns, quick to respond, and somehow fitting my cats in, even on the busiest weekends. It’s clear she genuinely cares about each client and their pets. She’s phenomenal at what she does and makes each experience seamless. Elizabeth, our cats favorite sitter, is hands down the best we’ve ever had! She’s thorough, loving, punctual, and genuinely cares for my animals as if they were her own. My cat Binx is a bit of an escape artist when I’m home, but I never had to worry when Elizabeth was watching him. From the descriptive updates she leaves us, all the pictures, to staying a few extra minutes past if one of the cats doesn’t come out during her allotted time .. the peace of mind she’s given us is priceless. We’re going to miss her dearly! We can’t recommend Never Home Alone enough. Their dedication, professionalism, and the genuine love they’ve shown our cats has meant the world to us!

We have used Never Home Alone with Happy Paws for so long. Nothing excites us more than getting a report on how our 17 year old Lilly (cat) is excited to be the center of attention.

I have used Never Home alone for about 4 years. They are people who love animals as much as I do. They take such good care of my two cats when we are gone. Playing with them, feeding them, cuddling with them and everything else we need to make sure our cats are loved and cared for when we are gone. I get photos every day and notes on how they are doing. One of our previous cats needed medicine and fluids under the skin and they had experience doing that as well. I would highly recommend their services.
