When my wife went into labor we had to find a place to overnight our pup during a snowstorm (Lots going on here!). We had no luck until the pleasant staff here returned my call and got us set up in this emergency. Andrea watched over our crazy labradoodle and all was well. She was amazing, professional, and sent regular updates through the portal. Although the price was a little high here, it was most certainly justified given the circumstances. I would recommend them for their high level of service, and delivering what is promised. Thanks again Andrea S!!

I loved my dog walker he was the best thing about the company. But beware of this company, they will rip you off, check your invoice. First they tell you all communication is done through the portal, apparently it is not, they charge for the whole week of holidays, lastly we had a verbal agreement that they decided not to hold up their end. Not a great company if you have a revolving schedule or a schedule that tends to change as their is no flexibility on their end.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with IDOG! They took care of our dog, Dayon, for almost year and it was flawless! We had many scheduling issues on our end due to health issues and they gladly accommodated us each time! They were always on time with a huge smile and friendly welcome for not only Dayton but for us as well! They are professional and also warm and loving to your pet! We could not have been more satisfied and were so sad when we didn't need their services any more . We look forward to using them again if we travel or for any other reason. We highly recommend them! <3 to Jav, Andrea, Karen, Laura and Stephen and all of those who took care of Dayton when we were in the Philippines!!!!!

I've had a great experience with iDog. My dog has anxiety and is very shy so he isn't the easiest dog to find a caretaker for. I'm able to go on work/personal trips without worry knowing that the team from iDog is watching over Teddy. They provide pictures and updates after/during their visit so I am constantly aware of any situations that arise. They have been incredibly flexible when it comes to scheduling visits. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter/walker!

We've been using iDog for a little over two years now and found them to be incredibly professional, reliable and always responsive to our requests. We've even had to request a walk mid day for that evening and they've been able to make that happen. We love using iDog and will continue using them in the future!

Entitled and overpriced. Price is structured to penalize and manipulate for simple changes. Horrid condescending and arrogant customer service. Dozens of better services to be had without the hassle of over pricing and manipulation. Update: As you can see their comment proves the point. Their walkers are not more highly trained then all the other services in the area that charge similar rates for more services and no manipulation of prices from month to month. They are once again arrogantly claiming all other walking services in the area do not pay a living wage to their workers to validate their price manipulations.

Had a wonderful experience with my pooch, Scotty. They were very professional and enjoyed the pictures that I received while on vacation, as well as the message updates, telling me that he was all good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
