We had an urgent trip, and I was worried about leaving my cat. Casa del Paw was so helpful and flexible with our last-minute request. She sent updates every visit, and my cat was clearly comfortable with her. Silky took amazing care of her!

I can’t recommend Silky enough. I have a recently adopted dog who was extremely shy and took quite some time to warm up to new people. From the very beginning, Silky has been incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding, allowing my dog to build trust at her own pace. It’s clear that Silky truly cares, not just about doing the job, but about the well-being and comfort of the dogs she works with. You can genuinely tell she does everything with love. Watching my dog gradually open up to her has meant so much to me, and it speaks volumes about her kindness and dedication. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and goes above and beyond, Silky is absolutely amazing. I’m so grateful to have found her.

We left our cat Dumpling at Casa del Paw for 12 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first contact Silky and Kevan were extremely kind, professional, and always available to answer any question or concern. We received photos and updates about Dumpling every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and reliable cat boarding in Miami.

My dog absolutely loves her and is always so happy and comfortable there, which gives me so much peace of mind. She’s incredibly caring, trustworthy, and genuinely one of the nicest humans you’ll ever meet. On top of that, her prices are very affordable for the level of care she provides. Truly the best dog boarding experience I’ve ever had — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We cannot recommend Casa del Paw enough! She is absolutely wonderful and treats our puppy as if he were her own. Her knowledge and care for dogs are evident in everything she does, and it gives us complete peace of mind knowing our boy is in the best hands. Every time he stays with her for boarding, it’s like a little vacation for him—he absolutely loves being at her house! She keeps us updated with daily photos and detailed communication, so we always know how he’s doing. Her dedication and attentiveness make such a difference, and we are so grateful for the love she shows him. To be honest, we’re even considering sending him a couple times a month for daycare too, just so he can see his friends. We’ve had bad experiences with dog hotels in the past, so Silky was a gem of a find. I’m so grateful our Bentley can spend time in such a happy, caring environment and he never comes home sick. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pup like family, then Casa del Paw is definitely where you should book.

I'm grateful to have found Silky to care for my furry family. Her attention to detail along with her love for my kitties gives me much peace of mind. At first I set up multiple visits for her to meet us so my kitties could get to know her before I had to go out of town. That worked out great! My older girl Lulu is very skittish and the other girls and Big Pete follow her lead. Silky won them over easily. Lulu even comes out when Silky arrives to care for them! As Silky requested, I typed up detailed instructions which she follows to the letter. I try to make it as easy as possible for Silky to do her job: meds, extra food, etc., are set out on the counter; extra bags for litter waste are readily available near the boxes. She knows where I keep anything she would need. Then I know she will be able care for them as they are accustomed. I don't loose any sleep from worry about my kitties when I'm not home, but I still don't like to stay away from them very long... they are my family and Silky understands that. I have much gratitude for her kindness, her trustworthiness (she keeps a key to my home and is on the permanent guest list with security) and her reliability. She even puts out food/water for the possums I feed! I feel truly fortunate to be able to depend on her for the care of my precious, bratty, spoiled and dearly loved kitties!

Great experience with Casa de Paw! They took amazing care of my two corgis for five days. Communication was excellent—daily updates and pictures gave me real peace of mind. Picked them up happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Very professional and reliable. Highly recommend!
