Walk My Dog

Nancy has been excellent with our energetic 1yr old Golden (who can be a handful!). She did a thorough intake eval to understand what to be aware of during his walks (triggers, treats he's allowed, etc). She is always super professional and on-time, always communicates about plan for the walking schedule, and always accommodating to last minute requests. Even while working from home, Nancy would silently pick and drop off. Her rates are transparent and competitive. Plus, she also always sends the most adorable photos after each walk!

Nancy definitely came through for my dog and me. I needed a walker over the Memorial Day weekend and nearly every dog walker in the South End would not be able to help or would charge and exorbitant amount of money. I called Nancy and she said it would be no problem to walk my dog over the holiday weekend and her prices were very fair. A week before I left town, she came by to meet my dog and take notes on all of his usual routines, like and dislikes, etc. She was very thorough in her notes and asked a lot of questions regarding my dogs care, which put my mind at ease and gave me confidence that should would take good care of my dog. She sent a report as well as photos after each walk and contacted me if there were any issues. Nancy took great care of my dog. In fact, when my dog wouldn't eat because of his separation anxiety (it happens often when Im out of town) she HAND FED him his food to coax his appetite and made sure he took his medication. Nancy was amazing and I would definitely trust her with my dog again.

Nancy and her staff provided exceptional care to our lab Olive for 3 years while we lived in the South End. We could not have been happier with the devoted, punctual, loving care they provided - spanning everything from carrying our 9 wk - 5mo old puppy up and down the 3 flights of stairs to dealing with semi-emergent issues as she went thru her long chewing phase. The text updates with photos were always a great respite during the work day. Best wishes to this group and can't recommend highly enough.

This is the most fabulous dog walking service in Boston and I cannot say enough good things about Nancy. She is on time, responsible, keeps Maggie hydrated during the walk and even fills her water bowl when she brings her back! Her payment system is easy and on-line and I couldn't be happier! I work downtown and am able to bring Maggie to work. She picks her up and is completely reliable along with being flexible. She even sends me photos of their walk and Maggie gets very excited when she comes and gets her - the true sign that she is awesome!

My experience with Walk My Dog was exceptionally positive, and Nancy and the staff caretakers were professional throughout the entire process. Prior to starting one week of care for two cats, Nancy responded to all emails and questions promptly and with all necessary detail. She and a caretaker took the time to come meet our cats, conducting a full interview to understand how we care for them, likes/dislikes, and any other details. We received daily care email updates (they also offered texts for each visit, morning and evening) complete with pictures, which was great. The emails detailed how the cats were fed, their behavior, and that litter/plates were cleaned. Additionally, Nancy and the caretakers administered medicine 2x each day to one cat, while understanding all the emergency processes if necessary. Lastly, they were evidently respectful of our apartment, always cleaning up messes (including a glass that was broken by our cats) and leaving it probably cleaner than when we left! If anyone is looking for any pet sitting services, not just cats, I strongly recommend Walk My Dog.
