Zoe is great! She had no issues with our pup who is a little anxious sometimes and requires medications and love. She sent frequent updates to us while away, with cute pictures and blurbs on how she did that day. We will definitely continue to use Zoe's Pet Playhouse for boarding our dog and recommend her to other pet owners.
Zoe is awesome! She really cares and does a fantastic job not only taking care of your pet but updating you on how they are doing. Once Lomy met Zoe, I knew he was in the best hands, because he was taken to her the first time, he saw her. Lomy spent a few nights with Zoe, and she sent pictures of him every day which made me comfortable while being away from him. I strongly recommend Zoe to take care of your pet!
Zoe is a wonderful pet sitter. She was able to look after my cat on short notice, and even pick up and drop off. My cat was nice and happy when she came home and I even got some cute photos throughout the day!
Zoe is incredible--on short notice, I needed someone to watch my dog and I have NEVER left her with anyone but my family (tbh after this, I am only calling her, family texts too much with too many questions). After contacting a few people, within the hour, Zoe responded and we were able to set up a phone call and meet and greet. She was so flexible--came to my apartment in Brooklyn, met my dog, and stayed for as long as I needed her to in order to explain all of my dogs' needs and my (admittedly) excessive anxiety and moms guilt about leaving her. I ghosted everyone else and was fully set. She sent me updates whenever I texted her, detailed descriptions of the day/walk/events, and pictures of my dog. Also, my dog really LOVED her and she's a tough critic. She truly went above and beyond--you can also tell she genuinely cares for your pet. This isn't just a temporary job for her--this is her full time job and passion. Would give more stars if possible. If you come across this review, do not hesitate to hire her as immediately as I did.
