We are beyond grateful to have finally found Paw Pals. After trying two other pet-sitting services that didn't quite fit, we took our vet’s high recommendation and couldn't be happier. Knowing Ava and Rochelle are looking after our three boys gives us total peace of mind - we can finally travel worry-free. You can tell the boys absolutely adore them by the smiles on their faces in every update. If you're looking for professional, loving care, look no further!

Paw Pals won my heart a few years ago when their sitter carried our old 30 lb. dog up and down a few steps three times a day to allow her to go in the yard when she had difficulty walking. Since then, they have been caring for our two cats reliably, and I recommend them without reservation. The pet sitters send comprehensive email updates with photos and seem to love our kitties. The communication is excellent, and payments and scheduling are easy.

We've used Paw Pals for years now and only have wonderful things to say. Danny, Alyssa, and Anisa have been our sitters, and we (including our dogs) are always happy with their visits. Highly recommend.

We use Paw Pals for Monthly Recurring Monday - Friday visits since June, and we can’t say enough great things about the Paw Pals team! Our puppy has 3 sitters who care for her on a rotating basis, and they all do such a wonderful job. Danny, Kasey, and Collin are so attentive, kind, and comparing. We love seeing the visit reports where they’ll give us a short summary of what they did during the visit and attach some photos. We feel good leaving our puppy in their care. We highly, highly recommend Paw Pals and know we’ll be customers for life!

The sitters at Paw Pals did a terrific job making friends with my shy dog and took excellent care of her, carefully following instructions and providing lots of pictures daily. It made our vacation much less stressful knowing she was so well cared for.

Highly recommend as pet sitters! Initially, a sitter from the company will visit the house to meet the pets and learn where everything is. Tatiana took careful notes and we got her some spare keys. While we are away, Paw Pals sends sitters to come and look after our boys. They feed them, scoop litter, bring in mail and packages, and they will even manage trash, recycling, blinds and lights so that everything is comfortable for our kitties. Each time they check in, we receive an email message with updates and pictures, which is so comforting when we are on the road. Also, if you don’t let Paw Pals know when you are home, they assume something has happened and will continue to care for your babies. If something were to happen, I know they would be okay. Five stars for Paw Pals!

We have used Paw pals pet sitting on multiple occasions for our bunnies while we are away. Many pet sitters are not interested in small pets however; Mary and her team, are amazing and we trust her implicitly! We are very happy with the outstanding service we have received from her team including texts and photos of our pets when we are out of town. They always go the extra mile and we highly recommend them!
