Paws on Pine

I wanted to share my experience as I know finding the right person for your baby is stressful. I had such a great experience with Heather. I was new to the area and did a deep dive to find the right person to spend time with my dog while I was at work. Prior to my relocation I had received the news that my dog had a terminal illness, which added another layer to making sure I found someone who he would be comfortable with during the time he had left and someone who would notice the little things should any concerns arise. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such trustworthy and caring hands. Heather took the time to really get know Gunner and our routine. Every visit I received pictures and updates on their walk. Gunner is sadly no longer with us, but I am able to look back at some of the sweetest photos of him during the walks he shared with Heather, looking so happy, honestly some of my favorite pictures now! I am so grateful for the kindness, reliability, and communication especially during a time that already held so much concern around his well being. I would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone looking for someone dependable who truly cares about the pets she looks after. Thank you Heather for caring for Gunner.

Heather at Paws on Pine has been a great fit for my dog Sweet Pea! I work a lot and knew I needed a way for my girl to get outside during the day when I was at work and wasn’t comfortable sending her to daycare. Having her walks twice a week with Heather has been great and it gives me peace of mind that she is getting outside and exercise with someone who is very trustworthy and obviously great with my dog! She always sends the best pictures of my dog from their walk and a sweet report of exactly what happened during her visit as well! I would recommend Heather with Paws on Pine to anyone with a dog or cat who needs an extra hand ensuring their pets have the best quality life!

Heather is amazing! She had her business in NYC and moved it to Charlotte NC after the pandemic. She is truly the best of the best and highly professional. She is a true animal lover and takes exceptional care of my dog, Oliver. After every walk she provides a detailed update and lots of pictures. After dealing with inconsistency and lack of professionalism from multiple walkers with Rover, I went a different route. Heather has a legitimate business, is highly trained in her work with animals, keeps to a high level of respect and service and is ALWAYS consistent and communicative. You could not get a better walker for your pup.

I was new in town and reached out for some help walking my girl Patters. She’s a bit anxious and reactive with other dogs, and in a new place. All is going so well! Patters enjoys her strolls through the neighborhood! Gets her sniffs and breaks in. And I don’t have to worry! Really appreciate Paws on Pine! And Patters loves her friend Heather!

Heather is amazing, and our Teddy (9 year old Labrador) absolutely adores her. The photos and personalized message we receive after every walk ensure a happy break during our workday. I highly recommend Heather and Paws On Pine! Heather has taken care of my Frenchie multiple times when I am out of town and I have also used her services for dog walking. She is amazing! You can honestly tell that she truly loves animals and cares for them as if they are her own. In addition to the care, she has excellent communication providing updates and pictures through the day. I was so worried about leaving my girl while I visited family for Christmas but Paws on Pine helped me feel reassured with each visit and updates which always included photos and videos! Seeing my girl happy and loved on allowed me to enjoy my trip guilt free. I highly recommend them if you have a pet that doesn’t love traveling but needs love, like mine!
