Amazing!! Made a cake for my dog Philip’s birthday the day before! Pleasant to work with! Nailed the design. He enjoyed it! He wouldn’t stop eating it! Ordered a Peanut Butter Bone Shaped Cake.

Bow Wow Meow walks my big dogs, Goldie, Haley, and Duke every day for me while I work. They do a great job. They are flexible as I have a changing schedule sometimes evening, sometime morning. they love their walkers and are always happy to see them. The service is very reliable and reasonably priced. They also care for my cat when I go on trips and I can schedule twice a day so he doesn’t get lonely. It would be impossible to work my hectic schedule without the Bow Wow Meow Purrfessional service. I also rely on them for grooming and with the Akita this is a godsend since she is a big shedder.

My pup has been boarding at Bow Wow for many years and I couldn’t recommend it enough! They take extra care of my anxious pup and are always flexible and accommodating. Being able to board my dog and get her full groom is awesome!!

I've lived in Chicago since 2012, but all of my family is in California-so for years, I didn't travel much because I didn't have anyone I fully trusted to care for my dog. That changed when I found Randi. She's been a total game changer My dog loves staying with her, and I can tell she's incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to his needs. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he's safe, happy, and loved while I'm away. Coordinating with Randi is also a breeze-pick-ups and drop-offs are always smooth, and communication is excellent. I'm beyond grateful to have found someone so reliable and caring. Highly recommend her!!!!

We love BowWow! We take our dog there for daycare 3-5 days a week. He’s special needs and he gets the care and attention he needs. Miranda is great. We’d recommend her to anyone.

I really love here I took my pug to Miranda and her crew just because i couldn’t do her nails and I am pretty much first time dog mom ever by myself I don’t know what they did but she was so much cuter and cleaner it was just so good. After that I had trip to go to so I decided to dog boarding with Miranda again When she came home with me she was just knocked out to sleep on me and my boyfriend arm didn’t even flinch didn’t even care how we are bothering her kissing her and it was like that 2 days also she had one play with big dog and she didn’t even got tired at that time which was surprising I just want appreciate the work they put

I can’t say enough good things about Bow Wow Meow, they are truly a gem in Chicago. The love and care they put into their work shows every single time my dog goes in. My pup comes home looking great, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy. It’s such a relief to have a team that treats your dog like family, not just another appointment on the schedule. They take their time, pay attention to the little details, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. It’s hard to find people you trust with your pet, but Bow Wow Meow has earned that trust over and over again. I’m so grateful for the consistency, kindness, and top-tier grooming they provide.
