Chicago Urban Pets

I’m very happy with Chicago urban pets, they are wonderful with my dog daisy. She gets 45 minute walks from their service. Everyone is so sweet and kind, daisy seems to love them. I really like that they send me pictures and a report of her daily walk. I highly recommend them.

CUP is an amazing dog walking service. The dog walkers follow our instructions to the letter and leave detailed reports of every encounter. I live in the loop which is difficult to navigate with a dog and they do a great job of finding a nice grassy spot for him to sniff around in the middle of the city. They clearly love my dog and treat him like family. The staff are very communicative and responsive and I never have to wonder if my dog's walk will be ok. They make my life easier by scheduling visits in advance so I don't have to constantly worry about this. I would recommend them to anyone in the downtown area!

Chicago Urban Pets is an outstanding pet sitting service! I went on vacation for a week and I was nervous about leaving my new cat, Sully. Chicago Urban Pets is an extremely professional service and gave me peace of mind. We had an onboarding call before my departure and then I would receive daily pictures and updates from each sitter after each visit. Everyone was so affectionate and loving towards Sully and did a great job tidying up after his playtime and feedings. When I came back, my apartment was cleaner than when I left it! I highly recommend Chicago Urban Pets!

I am more than happy with the service I received, my Pancha enjoyed her time with Katy and Kim. They are very nice and since I met them I knew my cat will be in good hands. I definitely recommend them.

We love Chicago Urban Pets! They are quick to respond to any requests or communications and super reliable. My husband and I both have hybrid schedules and they've worked with us to make sure our dog Boots is always taken care of, no matter what time or day of the week we need help. Boots can also be a handful on our walks, but their walkers are so good to her and it's clear they really care about her. I couldn't recommend Chicago Urban Pets more!

We just had our first experience with Chicago Urban Pets and it was beyond words - we knew our pets would be in good hands the minute we met Stephanie. Stephanie and her team are responsible, flexible, great communicators and most importantly are extremely skilled at loving and taking care of all the doggies! We will definitely be using their services again in the future and recommend them to any one that has pet care needs.

Cat mom here and I love Chicago Urban Pets. Their communication is awesome, they notify you when they are about to arrive, and leave a detailed summary along with pictures immediately. The office responds quickly to requests. I would definitely recommend to watch your fur babies !!
