Chicawoof!

Maria is amazing and I can't recommend Chicawoof enough! She took wonderful care of my two rabbits for 4 weeks and sent the cutest pictures and updates after each visit. They looked so happy and well fed! I've never done home visits before, only boarding, so I was nervous and didn't really know what to expect. Rabbits have pretty unique needs and one bun needs meds administered twice a day. Maria put me at ease right away with her knowledge and confidence in taking personalized care of them. I think it's cool that she has grooming experience and knows how to handle animals in every situation. The client portal and dashboard is so professional and easy to use. It details each visit, your schedule, all of your pet's information, billing etc. Having a direct line of communication and documentation is such a comfort, and I had no idea that was even a thing! Maria let me know right away when some meds were running low and when she was picking up fresh greens. It put me at such ease knowing how much work and care Chicawoof puts into each client and their pet. Hands down, the best. Honestly, I think the buns were disappointed when I came back.

I cannot recommend Maria and her team highly enough. Andrea was amazing with my dog who is going through chemo while I had to be away for a weekend. My dog who is afraid of most people, was beyond comfortable with Andrea and had a great time. The service is flexible, easy to use, and is a great option for anyone looking for their pet to stay home while they are away.

My senior dog has many special medical needs, so it can be hard to find a sitter who I feel comfortable leaving him with--but Maria has been the best! In addition to being professional and super quick to respond to any texts or emails, she also takes amazing photographs (seriously, some of the photos are worthy of a picture frame!) that reassured me that my dog was well-taken care of. In addition, my dog cuddles with her and is always happy after a visit, which considering how picky he can be when it comes to humans, is one of the biggest compliments I can give. Seriously so happy to have found Chicawoof!

Chicawoof is a great dog walking service. They are very responsive, timely for their visits, caring for my dog and they document every visit (including pictures). I fully trust them with my dog!

Maria is truly the best walker/sitter in all of Chicago. Our puppy absolutely loves her and hops up to run and greet her the second she walks in the door. Our dog is well taken care of, Maria provides amazing pet journals, she is super responsive and I know she really cares about my dog. Look no further, Chicawoof is the best option!

Chicawoof took such good care of my cat while we were away! My cat doesn’t always warm up to strangers but within a couple days she was letting the sitter pet her and purring tons. They did a great job changing litter and water every day and sending updates so we knew she was in good hands.
