We’ve used Fancy Paws in home cat sitting for over two years, and I cannot recommend them enough! We have two cats, and I feel the pricing is very fair for the services. Their portal allows you to be very specific with care instructions, and it’s easy to request services. Our favorite part is receiving the service reports with 2-3 photos and a short description of a visit, we’ve even printed out some of those photos! Agnes is easy to get ahold of, and our cats adore Kelly.

I couldn't recommend Fancy Paws more! They have taken phenomenal care of our dog since the day we adopted him in 2018. Every member of the staff we've interacted with has been thoughtful, kind and caring throughout every service they provide, all of which were very reasonably priced. From daily walks to staying at our home to dog-sit while we are out of town and even to watching our dog on our wedding day, we have trusted Fancy Paws every step of the way and they never let us down!

I recently worked remotely in Chicago for 4 weeks and brought my pup with me. She is used to receiving walks by a dog walker in Philly, so when I knew I was coming to Chicago I reached out to Fancy Paws and they were extremely accommodating and very nice to work with. They set up an appointment right away and we scheduled walks almost immediately after. Over the past 4 weeks, Reese would get extremely excited about her walks, so much that I added more on. I was a client of Fancy Paws from the time I adopted my dog in June 2016 until I moved out of the city winter 2022. From start to finish, they were tremendous to work with. Mike had walked my dog Madison for the past 3 years or so and he developed a true bond with her that whenever he would drop by her tail would go crazy and she'd roll on her back for belly rubs. That alone told me the level of care and affection that she was shown every day. Trusting any business with your dog can be uncomfortable, but with Fancy Paws I knew Madison was in great hands. Pricing is fair and transparent and they will go out of their way to accommodate your needed schedule. They communicated well ahead of time on any interruptions to the schedule and were 100% reliable at showing up when we had an appointment. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Fancy Paws as the go-to dog walking service in Chicago.

Chris and Agnes are great to work with - as owners, they are flexible and responsive. Our walker, Marta, is reliable and patient. She takes good care of my dog who is often reluctant to leave his cozy bed for his mid-day walk. After years of using Fancy Paws, I would certainly recommend them to others.
