BEST SERVICE OUT THERE! I worked for Lindsay a few years ago and had the absolute best time ever! The only reason I left was because I sold my car which was needed to get around to the appointments. To this day I MISS WORKING FOR OUT U GO!! these people are EXTREME ANIMAL LOVERS. I highly recommend them and they will take excellent care of your fur babies. TOTALLY TRUSTWORTHY DOWN TO EARTH CARING ANIMAL LOVING PEOPLE. if you are on the fence, do NOT hesitate. HIRE THEM!! You can rest assured when you are not around, these people will take great care of your babies and will leave detailed visit notes for you!! Again if you are an extreme animal lover you are in good company !!! All positive!!!

I’ve used Out-U-Go! for cat sitting since 2017 and they’ve been great. Scheduling has been easy and the sitters send little updates via text, which is lovely. My cats are always happy and healthy when I get home, and I have peace of mind.

Over the past 6 months, I have used Out-u-Go South Loop services for my cat twice while out of town for several days. Both times I scheduled for a once daily 45 minute visit. Both times problems arose. On one trip, one of the sitters gave him double doses of his two prescribed meds which were to be given only once daily. On the other trip, two of the cat sitters did not fill the cat mate feeder for his evening meal resulting in missed meals. Both of these incidents occurred despite detailed and available instructions both with the service and on my kitchen counter. Additionally, went thru an appointment with one of the sitting service staff reviewing the instructions, etc. and received assurances by the supervisory staff that the instructions are also reviewed thoroughly with the sitters who come to visit. Fortunately, my cat is ok. Would have given one star but a couple of the sitters (multiple ones btw) did a good job.

I wish there was anything that stood out about Out-U-Go that I could mention it in a review… but really? They’re just your run of the mill "dog walkers". You’d get a much better deal and more reliable/consistent care finding someone on Rover.

You do not get to meet the people who are caring for your pet ahead of time. Some of the information I gave during the meet and greet was not passed on. One of the visits they did not feed my cat. One of the visits was outside the schedule. There is no way to contact them outside of normal business hours.

If ur a good person who cares about animals, you'll find a cheaper alternative to the exploitative and bigoted care provided by out u go
