Olivia, Lisa, Priya, and Michelle did an amazing job taking care of our two medium-large dogs! They came 4x per day, fed and walked and played with the dogs, and even noticed without asking when the trash and recycling had to go out and put it out. We loved getting the daily reports and photos. We’ve already reserved them again for our next trip 🙂

I can’t recommend BMT enough! They have taken such wonderful care of our 2 dogs (chocolate lab mix and beagle mix). We have used them for both walks and vacation care. They keep us updated when we are on vacation and leave notes letting us know how the walks went. Olivia and her Hilliard team in particular are so wonderful to work with!! We (and our dogs) are going to miss them so much when we move!

Recently used BMT to look after our two cats for 10 days. They went above and beyond our expectations! Olivia, Lisa, and Kayli were fantastic! Will definitely use them again.

It has been wonderful using BMT for the last few years for our dog. We moved to a new city and were hesitant to use Rover or similar apps after friends had bad experiences. We chose BMT to be our dog walker because they were bonded, insured, and were impressed with how customer oriented they were during the initial meeting. We were NEVER disappointed! Their communication is prompt and timely...they are available at extremely short notice. I never noticed a single item out of place at the house. You can really tell that they love your pet as their own. BMT was truly a pleasure to do business with and will not be easily replaced when we move from Columbus!!

Mike and his team have taken care of our dog for 3 years now, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are always very flexible and do whatever they can to ensure that our girl's needs are met.
