Your Best Friend's Friend

We personally had a good experience with YBFF! Left for a weekend and our cat hates leaving the house so we didn’t want to board. Becki came over for a meet and greet and covered all her bases. The first day, the sitter pulled our bins up from the street without being asked just to get them out of the way—so kind! We got pictures and videos every day of kitty being played with, and she’s normally very shy. I think it’s a great sign that she liked the sitter so much.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Kelly, Kim, and Rachel are absolutely amazing. They added my puppy to their schedule quickly (which is REALLY tough considering how much of a dog town Denver is), and they are the absolute sweetest team. They are so professional, reliable, and friendly, sending a sweet text and photos after all of my pup's walks, even if he just ends up laying in the grass the whole time. I recently called them for last minute dog sitting in the evening and they totally activated and moved mountains to make it work. They are so dedicated and thoughtful, absolute life savers! I'm so grateful for YBBF and would recommend them 100%.

Wow! I was blown away by YBFF's pet care service and team. We have two cats who love to cuddle and play. The YBFF team made sure that they refreshed their food, water and litter every day, played with our kitties with their toys and gave them lots of love. I knew everything they did and received pictures through their app "Time to Pet". After every visit they left a detailed message updating us on our fur babies. This team even left treats and a toy for our kitties and a card and champagne for when we got back from our wedding and honeymoon. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Sooo glad I found Your Best Friend's Friend! We have two cats (that don't get along) and senior ferret that needed to be looked after at home while we were on vacation and we have no family or friends in town to rely on (new to the area). Not to mention my pet crew have special/specific needs so asking a friend or family member would have been asking a lot anyway. Kelly and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. Very trustworthy and most importantly - reliable. They texted me updates with pictures everyday to reassure me that everything and everyone was a-ok back home. And if I had a question, they would respond to my texts within a few minutes. I highly recommend YBFF to anyone needing pet care at home. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Your Best Friend's Friend. Although my friends and neighbors have offered to stop by when I’m out of town to check in on my dogs I always go with YBFF. They legitimately treat your animals like their own. They will email you daily updates and they take great pictures of you pets. If you are lucky enough to be in their area, I would absolutely recommend them.

Terrible management takes absolutely zero responsibility for her actions and subsequently is running herself out of business! Owner needs a serious lesson in how to treat people and has no conscience: if she can't pawn off a pet sit on one of her associates, she won't cover it herself and will let your pet sit inside all day without being let out or fed. Stay away!

Your Best Friends Friend seemed like the perfect solution to our pet care needs. We contacted Becky who came over for a "meet and greet". We went over everything that we could possibly imagine that she would need for our bird and cat, and we also filled out all the on line information regarding our pets. She seemed very receptive and responsible, and she said she was familiar with birds, so we hired her. Well.... the very first day we went out of town, the sitter could not get into our condo. We got a call while we were on vacation that he could not get in. I said "those keys worked when I gave them to Becky." He said, "I think it was a problem with the copy of the keys that she gave me". I was very upset, as I had not given permission to her to copy my keys. The sitter had to get in touch with my condo security to get into the unit. Next, Becky was given specific instructions on how to care for our 22 year old cockatiel, which she did not pass on to the sitter. Our bird was left without a day cover (which was provided by us for her, that was fastened on and removed by the sitter). Without this cover, she could have gotten scared, and flown around in her cage, and could have hurt or killed herself. She was without cover for 2 1/2 days. Fortunately, she did not hurt herself, but that could have turned out badly. Also, when the sitter sent text updates to me, he did not know the name or sexes of our babies. Other things were neglected as well. The sitter was obviously not instructed what to do, and did not read the information provided to them on line. I'm glad our babies are OK, and I will never do business with them again, and I would recommend that you not do business with them either...
