Great Catsby Care LLC

The Great Catsby has been great to work wirh! I moved and then needed a very last minute cat sitter for a business trip. I realized my old cat sitter was out of network, who then recommended The Great Catsby. Callie quickly jumped in to help. Their team is so good with cats! I loved all the pictures I got while I was away and also the comfort of knowing my cat was in good hands. Callie was extremely knowledgeable and asked me great questions to ensure my cat, Pretzel, was well taken care of. I also love the report card! Also, just the level of consideration to checking in with you to make sure you got back! Thank you.

Callie is the best petsitter! My lock broke while I was on vacation, she sat with my kitty and called the locksmith, then waited 2.5 hours while the locksmith fixed my door!! Can't rate her high enough, she is meticulous and my cat loves her!

While my family and I were out on a four-day vacation, we had the Great Catsby to take care of our two cats at our home. We were given several adorable photos of our kitties daily, along with a little overview of how the cats are doing. Callie was so friendly to us and the cats as well, treating them both with great respect and affection. We were impressed by how she managed to tame our older and shyer cat, and our younger, more affectionate cat got more than plenty of attention and playtime. We looked forward to a new report and photos every day, and were delighted and completely satisfied by them. We're so glad that we left our cats in the care of the Great Catsby, and will definitely look to them for further cat sitting needs.

Callie is the best sitter! She was amazing with both of our cats. One of our cats has to have anti-seizure meds twice a day. She took the time to figure out what method would work the best and least stress for Chloe. She would send regular visit pics and messages. Responded to any messages promptly. She even brought the girls two toys to help engage during her visit.

If I could give Callie 10 stars, I would! Callie is that rare mix of compassion and professionalism. Not only did Callie provide excellent care and love to my 18 year old calico, she even stopped in a few extra times (during the Christmas holiday!) to check in on her--sending notes and photos with each visit. She made sure my fussy old girl ate well and had lots of attention. She spent time upfront understanding the needs of my kitty (and me), and blew us away with the level of care and peace of mind she provided.

Morgan & Callie took care of our babies while we were on vacation for a week and we looked forward to their updates everyday! We have very anxious kitties and they brought a Feliway defuser to calm them which was very thoughtful. They played with them, gave them treats, served food & fresh water, cleaned the litter box, and took care of any messes. We were so happy with their services that we already booked them for our next trip out of town!
