We’ve used Barking Brigade for several years now and our dogs love them. Chris and Nora are wonderful people and extremely reliable as well. Like part of the family for our pups.

BEWARE! If I was to have reviewed Barking Brigade a month ago I would have given it 5 stars; unfortunately my experience with them has taken a turn for the worse. Don't get me wrong my dogs loved them and I thought everything was just fine. I used the service for occasional trips and they were always quick to respond to trip sitting services until a few weeks ago. I texted checking on a few dates and never had any response; I called the main number and left a message and still nothing; I called the cell number and again the main number and nothing, after a week I posted on FB in our local town page thinking maybe something had happened to them, illness or something and I found out that they were still in business and walking dogs. They just chose to not respond to my calls or messages even though they still had my keys. I messaged the owner again and called and left a message, this time I explained my concerns and said something about my concern for the lack of response and that it might be necessary to return my keys. I get home today and low and behold in the mail are my keys!!! NOT A SINGLE CALL OR TEXT JUST MY KEYS! NO NOTE! I have no idea why they chose not to return a call or text I just know that I had my locks changed and now fear having anyone in my house when I am not home even though they are insured. I trusted this company and in turn I have no idea why they chose to behave in this manner. A simple call or text would have been nice, I am sure that it wasn't my dog (one had recently passed) my dogs are extremely friendly. I can't imagine why I was dumped without notice - had to change plans for a trip since I don't have the confidence to hire someone to come into my home ever again!!! BEWARE - Don't trust them!
