Laura's Critter Care has given me piece of mind when I can't be home with my dog. I needed daily visits for my dog due to a family medical emergency and I got set up with someone immediately. Visits have been going on now for 2 years and my dog walker Chrissy goes above and beyond in caring for my dog. I know Abby is in the best hands and she loves Abby as if she was her own. Chrissy sends lots of pictures and videos everyday and the app makes it easy to set up or cancel visits. Chrissy has become a close family friend and I couldn't recommend her or Laura's Critter Care more.

I want to be very specific here; my pet sitter, Dana, did an absolutely outstanding job taking care of my two furry kids, Emmy and Willie. Every day, she sent me a detailed update along with lovely photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that she genuinely cared for them as if they were her own. We had a wonderful experience with Sarah G. from Laura’s Critter Care while we were traveling out of the country. Leaving our cats, Asher and Rowan, behind is never easy, but Sarah immediately put our minds at ease with her exceptional care and attention. Every day, she sent detailed updates and photos that were both comforting and reassuring. It was clear from the messages and pictures that Asher and Rowan were not only being cared for, but genuinely loved. Sarah took the time to get to know their personalities and made sure they received plenty of attention and affection while we were away. Beyond caring for our cats, Sarah went above and beyond by tending to our outdoor plants, bringing in the mail, and keeping an eye on the house to ensure everything remained secure. Coming home to happy cats and a well-cared-for home was such a relief. We are incredibly grateful for Sarah’s warmth, professionalism, and kindness. Laura's Critter Care, LLC has made it possible for my husband and I to have worry free vacations, knowing our three dogs and home are cared for in a loving and professional manner. I've been using Laura's Critter Care for a few years. I have had no issues and it's always a great experience. They have great communication and they assign you the same sitter every time if possible. You can book everything online, allowing you to avoid interacting directly with other humans! My sitter, Chris, is just wonderful. She sends me detailed updates and tons of pictures. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a pet sitter.
