Words cannot express how amazing Cuddly Critters has been with my fur babies. They provide me with peace of mind when I leave my animals in their care and exceptionally thorough and humorous messages about each visit. Donna is so kind and my animals love her. She is thorough and efficient and super conscientious. What more could a helicopter pet parent want? This is everything to me when I have to go away. I love their website as well. It’s super convenient and easy to navigate. I’m so happy with Cuddly Critters and highly recommend to anyone who loves their furkids and wants the best care for them.

We moved here a few years ago and have a Chihuahua and a Yorkie, our two babies. After they got sick from a boarder we used, and another sitter proved they were unreliable, we found Cuddly Critters. Our babies are always well taken care of, we receive daily updates, and the sitters are very loving and caring. After walking them, they take the time to sit and show them some love. We usually get the same sitters so our dogs know them and the transition from us to them is flawless. The sitters are awesome and it’s like leaving them with family! We never worry now when we leave town, whether it’s overnight, a weekend, or a week! We will never trust another company as we do Cuddly Critters! They are absolutely the best!!

I am actually travel and relax knowing my babies are being taken care of. Compassionate and professional. I am blessed to have them provide the care I want for my babies when I’m away.

Always impressed with the level of professionalism and care with every dog sitter. Very quick to communicate and respond to all my requests and the online booking and paying portal is easy to navigate. Our old pup loves Aubrey and Aubrey is so gentle with her and considerate of her fluctuating needs.

I was able to enjoy my trip SO MUCH MORE than my last one (when I boarded my four dogs) knowing that they were at home in a familiar environment and not experiencing the anxiety of being in a kennel. Linda did an excellent job of keeping me informed of how they were doing, complete with photos of them smiling, playing, and snuggling on the couch. I will MOST DEFINITELY use Cuddly Critters for my next out-of-town trip!

We have five dogs. So lots of different personalities in one house!! Cuddly Critters and Irene treat and care for each one of our pups in such a caring way. We always get a photo and text after each visit and they really go out of their way to make sure our pups are safe and secure. It is such a relief to know that while we are at work or on a trip, our pups are in good hands!🙌
