After trying several dog care venues, Posh Pets Concierge is by far one of the smartest decisions I’ve made. My dog has been under Gail’s careful and loving care on a regular basis for almost two years. Because of Gail’s intuition, personal attention and safe environment, my dog has evolved into a socially comfortable, less fearful and happier dog. She is also better behaved from the exercise and stimulation she receives through structured dog walks, dog park interaction, and backyard playtime. (My dog loves Gail’s backyard!) Gail is trustworthy, easy to work with and reliable. I can trust her in my home as much as I trust her to make decisions about my dog’s health. Having a dog is an important part of my life. My schedule makes this impossible. Fortunately, Gail does.

Posh Pets Concierge - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Gail has been watching our girl since she was a puppy. Gail is kind, caring, loving, patient (extremely patient!) and very professional. She sends pictures and videos and keeps us updated on how the day is going while our girl is with her. She keeps her active and provides lots of opportunities for playtime. When our girls sees her, she is so excited knowing she gets to go have a good time and that is invaluable to us. We highly recommend Gail and her pet watching service!

Gail is amazing. We have a 100lb grumpy old man dog and she went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and that we felt safe leaving him in her hands. She was very professional and responsive. We had an overnight trip (first one in a year) and Gail took him for a walks and checked in on him for us. We knew our dog was in wonderful hands.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gail! She is so great with pets and my dog absolutely loves her! We have used her for doggie day care, boarding and trips to the dog park. Each time she has exceeded my expectations and it is so nice to have someone who will take care of my fur baby like I would! I would highly recommend her!

When we decided to get a puppy we worried about what we would do when we traveled or even on occasional long days when we weren’t able to be home. I did a lot of review and found Gail Louie at Posh Pets Concierge. Gail got right back to me, answered all of my questions and right away I could sense her knowledge of puppies and felt comfortable with her immediately. We set up a trial visit in her home and our puppy fit right in. She goes above and beyond while caring for her dogs. Sends pictures, makes daily local dog park trips, takes walks and spoils with treats and even helps with some training issues. She truly loves what she does. I feel like our puppy is at a family member’s house while we are gone. I love that our puppy is in a home environment and cared for in an individualized manner while we are away. She really gets to know each of her dogs. Romey loves going to Aunt Gails and really misses his furiends when he comes home. We are so blessed to have found such a wonderful second home for our puppy. We never worry about a thing while we are away.
