Ryan was great with our dog! Our dog is 2 years old and recently adopted from the shelter, Ryan helped us create a great training routine and helped us navigate what was working best for him while teaching us how to set up our dog for success. Every week after lessons he always made sure to send what we worked on and how to keep implementing it in our daily routine. He also included lots of useful information and learning material that not only helped our dog in training, but also the dog we had adopted previously as well.

They are amazing, they helped shape my oldest Beau into an amazing dog. We got his at 8 months old and we were having a lot of problems with him. He was not understanding other dogs body language and was called a rude puppy, he was also so awful to walk. I remember sitting on the snow crying thinking my son will never walk peacefully without pulling. We tried to get him classes but in his evaluation he was called hopeless, and that he might never be able to integrate into playgroups. Patrick did not have that attitude, instead he worked with us to shape my Beau and now he is on his way to become the best puppy ever. We now have Bear as a new addition to our family, and Khaz is working with us to help get his confidence up and to catch-up to his brother. We also got to learn about dogs in general which makes our interactions with people and other dogs better. We also use their playgroups. Hilary and the others take such good care of my children just like they are their own. I really love working with Pawsitive Pets and I hope they will keep providing my children with the best education I can get them.

We contacted Pawsitive Pets, LLC, on the recommendation of the Purdue Small Animal clinic behavioral team. We have a young, extremely bright, working breed dog who had become so reactive that it was hard to walk her in our neighborhood or take her to daycare. We've been having 1-on-1 lessons weekly for about 10 months, and the difference is astounding. Instead of getting more and more frustrated with an increasingly frustrated dog, our bond with our dog has gotten much closer. She is truly joyful when the trainer comes over, and he has a great bond with her. He's also very patient with us in terms of explaining what he's doing with her and why she is reacting different ways to different things. She is MUCH less reactive now than she was a year ago.

Our family has used Pawsitive Pets for single-visit dog walking, training, and pet sitting since 2017. I can’t say enough good things about this business. We don’t trust anyone else with our dog! The staff are all incredible. They genuinely love and care for your pets like they would their own pets. It’s clear that Finn really loves all his Pawsitive Pets friends. Our dog has some special dietary needs, and the team does an excellent job of sticking to his meds and meal schedule and monitoring his health when we are out of town. The team also does a great job communicating after each visit, and they are very responsive to questions or requests for service. We are so thankful for the excellent care and services they provide.

Babbi and her co workers are awesome dog walkers for our Boston Terrier, and Catahoula mix. They are very patient and have a calming effect on my hyper Boston! Always positive in their approach, gentle, and kind voices. My dogs are always so excited to see them! I appreciate the follow up photos and thorough report after each walk. I am very comfortable w staff in my home when I am gone. By far the most efficient and best pet services in the city!

I had a great experience with Pawsitive Pets! My 1 year old terrier mix Ivy is a great dog but had some problems like door darting, running away, excessive energy, jumping on people, pulling excessively on leash, storm phobia, nail trim phobia, and problems playing with other dogs. I didn't want to do a 6-week training program through a place like Petsmart because it wouldn't focus on Ivy's specific problems and wasn't the best learning environment for her (she is easily distracted). I picked Pawsitive Pets over other places cause I like that the trainer, Patrick, would do training sessions at places where the problem was (my apartment, park, etc) instead of a training facility. The training plans were easy to follow and I liked the homework and training charts that came with so I could easily keep track of progress. I also really appreciated Patrick's flexibility as we had to reschedule some lessons. He really knows his stuff and there was no issue asking questions. A couple weeks later and Ivy sits patiently while guests enter instead of darting out the door and she used to scream and snap during nail trims (it used to take 3 people). Now I can touch her feet and nails by myself in my room with her calm. Super happy and glad I went with Pawsitive Pets.
