Jackie's Pet Sitting & Walking

I can’t say enough good things about our (FIRST!) experience with Jackie’s Pet Sitting & Walking! Our 3 1/2 y/o mini goldendoodle, Sookie, just returned from her first stay with Jackie, which was supposed to be for about a week. But when our needs changed mid-stay, Jackie was flexible enough (and we were comfortable enough) to extend her stay to over 2 weeks. I would never have been comfortable doing this at a standard boarding facility, but staying at Jackie’s was more like a fun sleep-away camp for Sookie. Jackie sent updates at least twice per day, including pics and videos. She was immediately responsive to any questions and proactive to ensure that Sookie had everything she needed to be comfortable, active, happy, healthy and loved. She gave her a nice bath before pickup so she was all clean and ready to come home. Thanks to Jackie and to her helpers for taking such amazing care of our sweet Sookie. I’m sure she will be thrilled to come back and stay again, and we will have no problem knowing she’s in the best, loving hands!

We met Jackie at Bark at the Park in Margate. She was very friendly and gave us her card. We needed a dog sitter in two weeks, so we decided to give her a try! We had never taken our boxer to a dog sitter before, so I was a little nervous. We did a meet-and-greet at her house with her own dog. Jackie has a fenced-in yard with amazing turf, and everything was nice and clean. She gave us all the details we needed. A few days later we dropped our boxer off, and a couple of hours later we received updates and pictures showing how he was doing—and he did great! I felt so at ease that I was able to enjoy our day at Busch Gardens without constantly checking in on him. I loved seeing him playing with his new friends in the backyard! I will definitely be booking with Jackie again!

It was my first time leaving my dog for boarding and was a little nervous. Jackie made me feel at ease with two updates per day and lots of pictures. Very kind, professional and easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend and will be boarding again with her in the future!

Jackie is the best sitter and boarding service that we had the pleasure of working with, my 11 year old Bichon returns happy and it is evident that she is well cared for while in Jackie’s care. They provide frequent updates with pictures and are very responsive to all questions. Jackie helped me recently on very short notice when I was unexpectedly hospitalized, she was able to take my dog for 2 nights with couple hours notice and made me feel relaxed that in this stressful situation my dog is in good hands. I would recommend Jackie to everyone!

Jackie is the absolute best. We can relax on vacation knowing that our dog is safe and having so much fun! Jackie communicates frequently and sends pictures and videos throughout the stay. We wouldn’t leave our dog with anyone else!

We were thrilled with the care our dog Fred recieved from Jackie. She sent pictures twice a day while we were out of town, but more than that, you can feel her love for animals when we met. She is professional, making sure all dogs are up to date on their shots, and has a meeting before sign up to be sure dogs are friendly and safe.

We’ve had Jackie board our golden doodle (heavy on the golden!) pup for many short stays and over two weeks for the holidays, and he’s loved every moment of being with her and her dogs. Every time we pull up to the house, he knows more fun is in store and you can see his excitement! We get regular photos and text updates and know he’s in great hands. I know he’s already looking forward to coming back over the next holiday break! We highly recommend Jackie if you want your pup to feel like they’re at home while you’re away ❤️
