Nikki is everything a great pet sitter should be. She’s very attentive, caring, punctual, and detailed oriented. She loves her clients (and their owners). I use Nikki weekly and she’s been an excellent and caring partner. I can’t recommend her enough, she’s simply great.

I felt super comfortable trusting Nikki with my kitties while we were away. She was thorough and spent plenty of time understanding the needs of our pets. She checked in every day with photos. The cats were drawn to her, I could tell immediately she is great with animals. I would recommend her and will use her again.

We moved back to the mid-west a few months ago & were fortunate enough to find Nikki as a pet sitter. We had about 10 years of family & friends to catch up on after we moved back, needless to say we were gone pretty frequently for a few months & Nikki was here to help. She’s been amazing! Always on time, very communicative, responsive to all our messages, & I feel like she goes above & beyond to make sure the pets are healthy & happy. I contacted Nikki via email and she responded within the hour. She was thorough and detailed in her responses. We set up a meet and greet so that she could see my cats and get a complete understanding of their environment and routine. We developed a schedule for her visits and I felt very comfortable that cats would be well cared for and they were. I was gone for a week with no ability to be reached, so trust was a big factor. When I returned home the cats and their environment were in great shape. I know that Nikki is a dedicated service provider that I can trust and I will be using Nikki Pet Services again!
