I was very happy with the dedication to serving the interests of my animals shown by Uptown Pet Pals. Vincent attended to the three cats without leaving anything undone, and I returned to find the ship beautifully steered and the transition back from my week away smooth and completely trouble-free. The delightful pictures sent to cheer me from afar (where I visited in Peoria and Tombstone and Old Tucson, AZ) really did bring my much-missed babies closer. Thank you is inadequate but many, many thanks is more appropriate. You did a good job for us and the babies probably miss Vincent a bit (truth be known).

I just had Uptown take care of my two big dogs and two cats for a week. They went for walks and someone stayed overnight at my house. Thanks to Sammie and Jackson for everything you did for them and keeping them so happy. For once, I went on vacation and didn’t need to worry! They send photos everyday and night to tell you how it went. Breanna was a delight to work with in setting everything up. I will definitely ask them again when I take my next vacation!

We’ve used a number of pet services over the years, and Uptown Pet Pals is by far our favorite. The service is consistently top notch— professional, caring, reliable, and attentive to detail. The communication is excellent and we love to see the photos of how things are going at home when we’re away. UPP gets our highest endorsement!

We have been using Uptown Pets for about 2 months now and they are wonderful! My dogs are very happy to see Jackson for their walks 4 days per week. He is so loving and gently with them that I feel confident they are being well looked after. Professional, friendly and personalized service. I can highly recommend them.

Breanna and her team member, Paxton, go above and beyond to accommodate busy schedules to ensure the absolute best care for my pets. I utilize their services for dog walks during the work week, as well as check ins when I’m out of town for my cat. Scheduling visits is done with ease and Paxton always provides pictures and a great summary of the visit. I am so incredibly grateful for their services, there’s nothing better than knowing your furry loved ones are safe and being cared for as if they were their own. 10/10 recommend!

We have a nervous and shy 14 year old kitty. We recently had Uptown Pets take care of her for 5 days while we were gone. Paxton took the time to let her get comfortable with him, and sent us daily updates with photos to let us know how she was doing. When we got home she acted as if nothing was out of the ordinary, which is huge for her. We will definitely be using them again without hesitation.

I have been working with Uptown Pet Pals for about five months now, ever since Gigi, a two-year-old shepherd mix, joined my family. The communication and customer service have been great. Gigi bonded with the dog walker, Paxton, immediately, and looks forward excitedly to her daily walks. After each walk, Paxton sends a short report, including photos of Gigi's activities and interactions around the neighborhood.
