Stephen worked so well with our 6 month old puppy. In just our first session we were able to learn valuable training techniques, and saw a difference in the way our puppy responded to our commands. Since starting our sessions, we have noticed a significant difference in our dogs behavior. He has helped with basic commands, leash walking, jumping, and helping us manage all of our puppy’s energy. Stephen has been very patient with both us and our pup, and we look forward to our future sessions!
Stephen is an amazing dog trainer. He really knew what he was doing and he was very understanding. Stephen gave me a lot of valuable info in the first session. I definitely would recommend him to anyone that is looking to train or improve their dogs behavior!
We rescued a 2 year old lab hound mix who had never been walked on a leash before. Steve has been helping us train her and she is making great progress! He is excellent with her. He is kind and patient. She listens and responds well to him. We have a ways to go training her, but we will continue to have Steve help us. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone who has a dog that needs training.
Stephen is a caring and compassionate dog trainer. He is very knowledgeable and has a gentle but firm approach. He is working with Duncan, our Scotch Collie, who is just 3 months old. Duncan loves Stephen and is learning a lot and so are we! We highly recommend Stephen and we are glad we found him.
We adopted a 7 month old german shepherd mix in January and with Covid were pretty much home with him and our 10 year old lab for 3 months with just free runs and fenced in back yard. When we finally started going out, puppy was Very destructive. Good Dogs helped us crate train him and train him to walk on a leash so dog walkers can walk them while we're out. Super loving with the dogs, knowledgeable and great at explaining dog's personalities and needs!
Stephen was fantastic! Right from the start, he began coaching my dog and I. My pup really took to him and he’s quite knowledgeable on all things dogs and their behavior. Would highly recommend!
Steve did an amazing job teaching "us humans" how to help our barking cattle dog Louie to relax. Steve has an innate ability to communicate with dogs and taught us to leave out the word "no" when trying to modify behavior. We highly recommend Steve and Good Dogs Training!
