Every Dawg Has Its Day

I’m amazed at how much more behaved my dog is just after one session with Kristin! My cheweenie has territorial issues and "small dog" syndrome. She helped him learn to calm down almost immediately and is teaching us so much about how to create a more calm and respecting space at home too. Her techniques are easy to understand and implement and she trains us to be better communicators with our pets.

We've been happy clients of Kristin and Every Dawg Has Its Day for almost three years. Our greyhound doesn't get along with everyone, but always has a waggy tail to greet Kristin. He has received wonderful care and attention while we are away, or just need him watched for the day. We appreciate all that Every Dawg Has It's Day does to accommodate our needs, from last minute schedule changes to pickup and drop offs. We don't have to worry about him when he's with Kristin. It's a relief to know she is well qualified to deal with any mishaps or emergencies. He's got puppy friends and comfy places to rest, all a dog could ask for.

Kristin is everything you could possibly want in a caregiver for your pup. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable, well-taken care of, and HAPPY! Her at-home set up is a puppy paradise! She also sends updates/videos as often as you want and does pick up and drop off. I don't worry about Norman AT ALL when he is with Kristin. He gets SO excited when she comes to pick him up!

Kristin goes above and beyond. She's taken care of our pup when he's been sick, and always sends photo, video, and text updates so we know he's in good hands. She's helped us through initial puppy potty training, post-op neuter care, dog socialization, and more. Her home is a puppy-proofed pet paradise, and Kirby always has a blast when he gets to go there. If you're looking for a dog walker who is accomodating and genuinely cares for your pet, look no further! I am so glad we chose a reliable and trustworthy local business to work with.

First time ever having someone other than family or close friends take care of my two dogs - I can't express how lucky I am to have found Kristin. She took the best care of my dogs and sent me videos and pictures and kept me posted all day. I had zero worry or concerns. I feel great knowing I don't have to worry about going out of town or working late knowing she is always willing to help and work around my crazy hectic schedule. Thank you Kristin and Molly! ❤️🐾

I would have to agree with all of the other reviews here that Kristin is a god-sent and you should absolutely put her #1 on your list in your search for pet care if you live downtown. Here is why. 1. She loves animals. She has her own pets who are more than well-cared for and she will treat your pet like one of her own. 2. She understands dog behavior. She uses cruelty-free methods of correcting your pet and offers lots of praise when they do something right. She understands that dogs are dogs and let's them do their thing. I go to her first when I have questions about my pup because she is so knowledgeable. 3. She goes the extra mile. If you live downtown she will come and get your pet. If your dog is sick she will take him to the vet. She will check your stove for you when she comes to get ur dog, it's like having a friend you know you can count on. 4. She is completely transparent in her business practices. You can actually come and see where the animals rest, where they play, what toys they use ect. I have been to many doggy daycare centers where they won't let you back to see these areas... um... sketchy? Her space is COMPLETELY puppy-proofed and she watches the pets closely. 5. She is incredibly flexible with special diets, medications, changing feeding schedules, ect. As a rule of thumb she only feeds healthy whole nutrient snacks like carrots and green beans, but if you want your dog to have something special she will follow it. I will not trust my precious Bazzy with ANYONE ELSE. We are so blessed to have Kristin in our lives!!
