Shannon's Pet Pals

Shannon is great at communicating and gives thorough updates every visit. She's even sent pictures of my pet. She is very reliable; arrived right on time (if not early) for our initial meeting and has been at my house for the pet visits the times she said she would be there. I was nervous about leaving my pet but Shannon has made me feel able to relax and enjoy my vacation. Her prices are affordable too! I would definitely recommend her!

Shannon is phenomenal and I can’t recommend her enough. I was a new dog mom and felt guilty leaving my puppy alone while I was at work. Shannon put me at ease and has been taking Eliza on daily walks for 6 years. Eliza absolutely adores her! Shannon communicates with you, to keep you updated and to express any concerns. And she sends photos and videos, so you can see the fun your pet is having on their excursions. If great reviews don’t convince you, watching Shannon interact with your pet will!!! There is nothing more comforting than knowing your furbaby is happy and well looked after!!

Very laid back and VERY flexible on availability. A natural with animals. My dogs don't care for strangers, in 5mins we went from growling to an life time friendship....bananas to watch. So glad we found Shannon, we definitely use her again in the future.

Shannon and her assistant Tera were extremely helpful. Had to go out of town for a weekend and they took care of our boxer Zoe. They gave me constant updates throughout each visit, sent many pictures, and were extremely professional. Will 110% be using Shannon’s pet pals for future trips.

I have often been with Shannon as she's walking dogs or caring for a cat/rabbit/birds - she's extremely professional & kind; she also has the magic ability to be firm but kind to the more frisky ones; she's really good with any animal (and to the owners as well!)

Came to Peoria to visit our son wanted to go to a nice restaurant so called Shannon she was busy but found us a wonderful replacement to watch our dog, Freddy. Great service would use her again/ highly recommend Shannon’s pet pals.
