Kubba's Krew LLC

Shawna and John are amazing. We previously used a large corporate doggie daycare and you had to pay extra for the dogs to get a half hour of "enrichment" where they played with the dog — Shawna plays with — and trains! — our dogs from the time they arrive until they leave. I’ve watched John walking our dogs and he very gently controls them. I really can’t say enough good things about Kubba’s Krew.

Kubba’s Krew are WONDERFUL! We schedule for walks through the Booksy app which is very convenient ! They go above and beyond to take care of our doggie! In the winter they put on her boot/coat when it was very cold. When she had an accident in the house they cleaned it up and were very communicative with us. I know that my dog is getting lots of pets and attention every walk. They are extremely reliable and flexible. When we were taking care of a friend’s dog for the weekend they were happy to help. I cannot recommend Kubba’s Krew enough! Look no further this is the company for you!

I wouldn’t have made it through the puppy stage with my sanity without Kubba’s Krew! Shawna and John care for my pup as their own and I don’t have to worry about her when I know they’re watching her with walks, daycare while I’m at work, or boarding for overnight work shifts or trips! She loves them and can’t wait for the next time she gets to go cuddle or play!

I’ve been with Kubba’s Krew for almost a year now, and my dog Bailey and I have had the best experience. Shawna and John provide very high quality service. First, they’re incredibly responsive to communication - every time I text Shawna, she responds almost immediately. Second, they are so, so incredibly accommodating. This I can’t emphasize enough. I have a very crazy work schedule and they will come all hours of the day and night to walk Bailey (as late as 11 pm - midnight). There have also been many instances where I’ve contacted them at the last minute for either walks or boarding and they always do their best to accommodate us. Third, they truly care about the pets they look after. I sometimes joke that Bailey gets better treatment when she’s boarding with them than when she’s at home! She gets multiple walks daily, sleeps in bed with them at night, and gets lots of toys when it’s a holiday. If I could give Kubba’s Krew 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Our dogs were with Shawna and John yesterday and they are still asleep at 8:30am. To say Shawna and John take incredible care of the dogs is an incredible understatement. They are talented, thoughtful, structured, fun and communicative. The dogs come back brushed, smelling good, happy and absolutely exhausted. A good friend recommended them to us and I’m so thankful they did! Highly highly recommend.

Shawna and her partner are professional and flexible and knowledgible about all things dog. They give detailed updates after every walk. I have one dog that's easy and the other is a handful and they both love their walks from Shawna.

Shawna and John are amazing, caring, trustworthy people who love dogs. You can just tell these two have a passion for this. Shawna made sure to do a meet and greet with my pup to make sure all parties were comfortable before proceeding with any services. She is SO helpful and knowledgeable. Shawna does more than expected every time. She helps train and teach my pup every time she’s around. It’s truly like adding them to our family!
