The Dog Walkah

We hired Angie to walk our Swiss Mountain Dog while we were away, she was recommended to us by a friend/neighbor. I liked her immediately during our meet and greet and scheduled her for one walk during our week away. Long story short my mother who was watching our house broke her leg and Angie was able to pick up extra day and was even willing to help out with feeding or whatever we needed.Communication was excellent, she sent a picture during every walk. Angie even walked Jasper on a day she doesn’t normally work because she knew we needed help. I would recommend The Dog Walkah to anyone and would trust her with my big, goofy 124 pound puppy anytime.

I cannot say enough good things about Angie. She is everything you want in a dog walker -- reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable about training, and will absolutely LOVE your furry friend. Our dog Gracie spent a few weekends at Angie's when we were out of town. It is always hard to leave your puppy for the weekend, but she would have so much fun with Angie (hiking and playing with Angie's dog) that we could leave for a few days without feeling guilty. Gracie (and really our whole family) were selfishly heartbroken when Angie opened The Dog Walkah because we lost our absolute favorite walker. Your dog will thank you for choosing Angie for your daily walks or occasional overnights!

We have been using The Dog Walkah for daily walks for our two dogs for the past two months. The owner, Angie, and her team are awesome--responsive, reliable and friendly. We definitely recommend them. Angie is a true dog expert--she offers advice on the dogs' behavior and care, especially for our unruly puppy! She and her team send pictures and messages of the dogs that make us smile when we can't be with them. Her scheduling policies and procedures are clear and easy to use. All dog owners know that keeping dogs happy and healthy is hard work! With Angie on our "team" it feels like we can do a much better job of that. Thanks, Angie!

I just left my lab mix Lucy with Angie for the weekend. We were a little nervous because we had never left her with anyone besides family before. I felt so at ease after meeting with Angie and being greeted by her dog Tanner. Her fee was on par with other boarders and the service was outstanding. Lucy received multiple walks daily, was never left alone and gained a new best friend in Tanner . They played so well together - he is really a gentle giant. Her home and yard are well set up and secured for a dog with full fencing. Angie is so warm and thoughtful. She sent us pictures of Lucy throughout the day which really put us at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area who has dogs and will definitely be using her services again.

Our dog Bailey has been walking with Angie for over a year and we couldn't be happier. She is reliable, trustworthy and has a real love for our four legged family member. We have contacted her several times, very last minute for either a schedule adjustment or a boarding request and she is always there for Bailey. The best part is knowing we don't have to worry about Bailey in our absence. She is well cared for, and happily enjoying the company of Angie's dog Tanner. We would not hesitate to recommend "The Dog Walkah" to anyone.

Angelina and her girls have been amazing. We had really bad luck in the past with walkers for our rescued Collie mix Wyatt, which really discouraged us from finding a new service. He ended up developing some separation anxiety from the mistreatment by our first dog walker, and we were really nervous to trust another business with our dog. But The Dog Walkah has been amazing from the beginning, listened to our concerns, offered great suggestions to remedy some behaviors, suggested a new harness (which works wonders) and is extremely patient and forgiving (Wyatt has eaten through a borrowed harness, left messes, which they never complain about!). We see such a happy difference in Wyatt overall, and we are so so grateful to them!!

I would highly recommend Angie! She walked Teddy regularly 2x per week. It's clear Angie has a real passion for animals and treats the dogs she walks like her own. She was kind, reliable, flexible if I needed a last minute walk and great about sending pictures/texts. Teddy misses her!
