Shaley has been a pleasure to work with. She is a fantastic communicator, asked lots of questions to understand the needs of the dogs, and genuinely seems to care about our furry family members. When we went out of town, we received regular pictures, updates, and even a few thoughtful questions to get clarification about the overly complicated instructions we left for our pups - ha! Most importantly, Shaley made us feel confident that our dogs' needs were met and that they felt safe and loved while we were away. That kind of reassurance is worth more than the fee she charges and we are grateful to have found her.

Shaley and her team have been absolutely wonderful with my adult dog, who lights up whenever they come by. I feel 100% comfortable providing access to my home/pet and trust that any issues would be communicated with me promptly and courteously. When there ARE changes due to staff vacations, these are typically handled with WEEKS of advanced notice. The best dog walker is someone who does their job reliably, treats pets with engagement and understanding, and doesn't cause any hiccups or emergencies on my side of things (i.e. last minute cancellations, problems with availability). Scratch N Sniff will be there for you, but most importantly, they'll be there for your pets. Worth mentioning: I receive text confirmation after every walk, which helps me keep tabs on my dog's health and any needs even when I'm away from home.

Shaley and her team have been excellent in providing regular walks to our crew of pups. Took extra care for our 18 year old as she got older and couldn’t walk as far. Our puppy also loves the mid day walks and pets. They’re always excited when we tell them in the morning that Shaley will be by for a walk. Best thing for our dogs and family and so happy we found Scatch n’ Sniff!

Shaley is amazing! She has been the most flexible, reliable, kind and fun dog walker and sitter that we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is always up for finding a solution no matter how last minute or difficult our requests are. Our dogs love her and are always excited to see her. Her extended team have been equally lovely. Karen and Shaley at Scratch N Sniff are amazing dog walkers and caregivers. We have two rescues with a little bit of baggage that sometimes have a hard time with other people but I think the honestly are more excited to see their walkers than us sometimes 😅. They are great with updates and extremely accommodating with our changing needs and schedules.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Shaley and her business. I rarely go away and when I do I worry about my 2 pups and she took the absolute best care of them so I could enjoy my trip. Above and beyond every day- 2000/10!
