RidgeWalks Dog Walking and Cat Sitting

Ridgewalks is truly top tier. Leaving a second review because I continue to be so impressed with the level of service. Most recently, the RW team flagged that my senior cat, Eleanor, left a little blood in the litter box. I promptly scheduled a vet appt and turns out, she has stage II kidney disease - thankfully this was caught early enough that it can be managed with a change in diet. RW’s attention to detail is impeccable - without them catching this, Eleanor’s condition might’ve gone undetected for some time and the vet said the same. I can’t thank the team enough for their diligence. Trust that your fur babies are in the absolute best hands with RW!

We love Ridgewalks! Christine and Tim are amazing! They were so kind and helpful through our whole onboarding process, answering any questions we might have and making it really easy on us. They took such great care of our pup— were totally at ease with our whole routine, gave her a wonderful sunny walk and lots of love, and dropped by for a meet and greet before her first session. We are lucky to have Ridgewalks in our neighborhood and leave our fur baby in such good hands. 10/10 using them again! I think the pictures speak for themselves:

RidgeWalks is a Ridgewood treasure and I couldn't be more grateful for these kind humans helping me with my beloved dog/baby Bonnie. Thank you so much!!!! RidgeWalks have been taking care of my dog, 2 cats and a bunny for few months now. I was worried at the beginning as I’m overprotective over my fur babies but I know now that they take best care of them. I can work later hours, leave on the weekends or travel if I want to because I know they are safe. Also my dog grew up with cats so he didn’t know any dogs. Now he has plenty of dog friends from RidgeWalks. I couldn’t be more grateful for having them! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My cats fell in love with Tim as soon as he walked through the door. We get detailed reports of each visit, complete with pictures from play time. Both cats are special-needs, so it is good to know they are well cared for while we are away. It is clear Christine and Tim love what they do, and they are always a pleasure to work with.

When I got my older rescue girl, I was really nervous about finding the right walkers since she’s reactive/has some arthritis. Ridgewalks immediately was so patient and careful with her and treat her as they would their own! I swear she likes when I go to work so she can see them 😂 couldn’t recommend them enough!

We started using RidgeWalks when we moved to Ridgewood about a year ago. We lived in Bushwick before and really wanted to use them, but were unfortunately out of range to be in their service area. We have never met a more dedicated group of animal lovers that we would trust with our Scout! The owners Tim & Christine are so lovely and we would like to give a special shout out to Mack and Mary who consistently see our dog! They are well organized and approachable whenever you have a question or need a recommendation. RidgeWalks is obviously adored in our neighborhood due to all of the good they do in this community. If you have a pet and live in this area, it is silly for you to look anywhere else! Thank you for everything you do!
