Absolutely the best! I have had the pleasure of working with the owners, Malaysia and Jonathan, and the rest of their team over the past two weeks with my dogs, Logan and Leo. Leo is a new rescue who is just learning the ropes and Logan is a seven-year-old who is learning how to accept Leo into his life. The team at Paw Time has been excellent with managing my two dogs, providing them with structured walks, and providing me with report cards every day about what is going on with them. With my busy work schedule, the two dogs were becoming extremely hard to manage, and I am incredibly grateful to have found the Paw Time team when I did. I have peace of mind knowing that my babies are taken care of while I am at work. I have had to add extra days to our planned walks, and they have been able to accommodate without issues (communication through the Paw Time app is amazing)! They also understand that I am a healthcare worker, and that, when I am on call or at work-related events, my schedule is unpredictable. They not only provide walks, but treat the dogs very well, feed them, play with them, and follow the protocols that I have been using for the dogs to allow them to learn their new routine. I am very happy with the professionalism, punctuality, and overall demeanor of everyone that I have interacted with at this company. I highly recommend them!

My fur babies, Lakai and Merlin, absolutely love Malaysia, Jonathan, and the whole Paw Time team. I’ve called Malaysia at the last minute so many times, and she has always done her best to accommodate our pet-care needs. Jonathan has taken both of my pets on the Saturday Adventures, and they always come back happy and wonderfully exhausted. He has also transported Merlin safely on several occasions back and forth to vet visits and even round-trips to Austin. The team is amazing, caring, communicative, and incredibly professional. They’re always looking to add helpful, beneficial services, and Paw Time is a big supporter of the community as well. Highly recommend!

We just moved to the area and needed to go to our son’s graduation. We have four cats and a dog. We hired Paw Time to watch our furbabies. I couldn’t have been any happier! I got detailed reports and pictures with every visit! I was able to easily communicate with the owner and team at any time. Most of all, I was able to RELAX and know that they were in great hands! Maylasia and Pawtime are amazing. They helped us when we thought no one could. Our little feline Sir NinjaBear Fluffybutt loves his Pawtime care providers.
