I have been using Jacob as my go to dog walker for many years now, long before he started his own business. He's the only guy I trust for my dogs and they are obsessed with him. Sometimes I joke that they love him more than they love me lol In all seriousness, Jacob has been very reliable and trustworthy, and my dogs always come home happy and tired. I really enjoy getting all the pics from their walks, I have an entire folder of them! I really can't say enough good things, I always know that he is going to keep my pups safe, happy, and healthy. One of my dogs is a senior, so he requires a bit of extra care, and my other dog is on the shy side (tho she is very energetic) That combo made it difficult to find the right dog walker, which is why I'm so thankful that I found Jacob all those years ago. Transitioning to his official business was a no-brainer, especially considering his professionalism. He's always going the extra mile and I appreciate that. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants a dependable and reliable dog walker who will love your dog and keep them safe and happy while they get some exercise.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Jacob saved us with last minute scheduling, its pretty clear that he loves dogs and takes pride in his work. I used to feel anxiety with my last walker, turns out my fur baby isnt a fan of group walks (and thats ok). My labrador Luna and I just recently moved to Little Italy, and I needed someone to occasionally walk her when I got called into the office. I didn't want to leave her alone all day, and she isnt very comfortable with group walks. Thankfully I stumbled upon Jacob and he has been wonderful with my baby. She loves her afternoon walks and I really appreciate his attention to detail. Plus he takes some pretty good pics of her during their walks, they're the highlight of my workday

Jacob did an overnight service with our 18-year-old and 3-year-old kitties, Tazor and Chopper. He took such great care of them. He insured they had plenty of food, water, litter was changed, he played with them, gave them lots of attention and love. Jacob also let us know when he arrived to the house. He sent us photos throughout the 24 hour period and the boys had a great time with Jacob. We love when Jacob watches our boys as he is so great with animals. I’ve seen him in action with not only cats but dogs and I would not have anyone else watch my babies. I highly recommend Jacob for your dog and cat service needs. He is tentative, professional, and really truly cares about the animals. We will continue using him for overnights. Thank you, Jacob!

I have a service dog that I use to get around downtown and I have severe mobility issues, so I had this dilemma where my service dog needed exercise and I was sometimes unable to walk him. I felt terrible leaving him home with me when he clearly wanted to go outside. Unfortunately I'm not always up to the task of walking him due to my condition. Luckily I found Jacob with Balboa to the Bay through my physical therapist, because he has been a God's send. Truly helps me when I'm struggling to exercise my service dog. I feel very comfortable with him handling my dog as he has a ton of experience working with service dogs and animals in general. I love how he offers discounted rates for certified service dogs (I only hope pet owners with ESAs dont abuse this as I can see myself using this service a lot.
