We have used Preferred Pet Sitter a few times now and have been very happy with the care the team has given to our pet babies. We really enjoyed the daily updates (with photos!) given by the sitter on every visit. The price is reasonable and we will definitely be booking them again! Highly recommend.

Preferred pet sitters are amazing. When I’m at work, I don’t have to worry about my dog at all. After 10+ years of using them, they have been reliable and trust worthy. I love the pictures and updates on the app. All of their dog walkers have been amazing.

We have used Preferred Pet Sitter multiple times in the past year. They always arrive at our house in the requested time frame, love on our cat, feed him, clean his litter box. At the end of their visit they always email me details and pictures. Our cat loves all the attention they give him and we feel like they really enjoy their time with him too! We feel comfortable having the sitters in our house, they are very trustworthy. I would highly recommend Preferred Pet Sitters!

I have been using Preferred Pet Sitter for several years now and they are AMAZING! I have an older cat with diabetes and have never worried about the care he was receiving with the team at PPS. I love that they leave updates and photos after every visit. They are easy to reach and had no issues with extending visits when I was delayed by a few days in getting home due to a snow storm. They also went out of their way getting to may cat after another snow storm, even getting their own car stuck in the street. Your beloved pet will be in the BEST hands if you use Preferred Pet Sitter!

Update: We trusted Preferred Pet Sitter again this month for a trip, and they are absolutely incredible! I had so much peace of mind to go on this trip, knowing Alysha, Shaylen, and the whole team would be caring for our beloved kitties. I looked forward to each update with cute photos of the cats, especially the videos of purring and the "action shots" of playtime! When we had a family emergency, we had to shift our previously-scheduled vacation into an emergency trip out of state with very little notice. Alysha and LeeAnna were so kind and flexible to move up our visits and even let us add on extra visits during our trip when something came up. Every interaction I have with Preferred Pet Sitter has been overwhelmingly positive. The administrative staff are responsive and flexible, and the pet sitters are friendly, kind, and thorough. I love the photos they send each visit of my kitties! I can't say enough good things about Preferred Pet Sitter. Knowing my cats were well cared for, including with additional dietary issues and twice daily medication, gave me the peace of mind I needed to take the trip. I'm so grateful for this amazing business that feels more like an incredibly professional and thoughtful neighbor who cares.
