I have two cats with medical needs who require frequent visits each day, medication and a lot of vigilance. We (reluctantly) decided we needed to find a pet sitting service to care for our animals when we are out of town. We had used other services in the past, but had been disappointed. Since then, we relied on family and friends, but recently decided to look into pet sitters due to the frequency of visits our pets need. After interviewing 5 services, we chose Pawsitively Pet Sitters. Owner, Carole Hopkins is knowledgeable and professional. She was previously a vet tech. She offered (great) suggestions to make our pets more comfortable. When we return from a trip, our pets are usually desperate to see us. Someone usually requires a vet visit soon after our return. This time was different! We received daily updates and communications from our pet sitter's app. If questions arose, they asked. We got daily pictures of our cats playing, relaxing and having fun. We have never returned home to such content pets! They were calm and greeted us at the door as if we had just returned from an errand rather than a week away. Both were well and happy to see us. I highly recommend Carole and her team. They are dependable, caring and provide outstanding, worry free care for our furry family members!

Hands down the best pet sitters ever!! They went above and beyond the entire time we were on vacation! We have a senior bulldog that got so much love and care (which is important for a 10 year old bulldog). Our kitties were spoiled as well :-). Dana and Carole kept us up to date on everything including suggestions when our dog had skin issues while we were gone. Will always have them care for our babies - can’t recommend enough! ❤️

Discovering Carole and her team was nothing short of a stroke of luck—particularly for a man in my position with a cat requiring daily medication. Carole's service has been impeccable; she's the only one I trust with the well-being of my felines. Her expertise and commitment to their health and happiness are unmatched. What really sets Carole apart is the trust she earns from even the most aloof of cats. My own cat, typically reserved and wary, allows Carole to pet her—a testament to Carole's genuine connection with animals. I couldn't recommend Carole and her team more enthusiastically; they're simply the best in the business.

Carole and her team are absolutely wonderful! They are extraordinarily caring and pay very close attention to our sweet Beau. The communication is very detailed. Our dog had some anxiety and separation issues at first. Carole notified me and we worked together to help him get some relief. Her knowledge saved the day! We were able to continue our trip knowing he was very well taken care of by the team. I would highly recommend Pawsitively Petsitting. If there were more than 5 stars available, I would give them!

Carole was outstanding! I had to go on vacation for the holidays and find someone to take care of my pets. That’s when I came across Pawsitively Petsitting and was so happy I did! She kept me updated while I was away and took care of them as if they were her own. I knew that my pets were in great hands. Will definitely use this service again!
