I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dawn and her boarding services at Dawn's Pet Care! From the moment I dropped off my dog Alfie, I knew he was in the absolute best hands. What truly sets Dawn apart is her communication. She sent daily photos and videos of my pup so I could see exactly how he was doing. He looked happy and relaxed. As a pet parent, that peace of mind is truly priceless. What impressed me most was how Dawn handled my dog's medical needs. He was on several medications during his stay, and Dawn managed everything with such care and professionalism. She kept track of every dose, made sure he never missed a treatment, and gave him extra love and attention throughout. You could tell she genuinely cared about his health and well-being, not just as a client, but as a dog she truly adored. My dog came home happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. Since the first introductory call to our first meet and greet with Dawn, I knew that Jay will be well taken care of. I tend to be anxious and it’s hard for me to really trust anyone with Jay. Dawn exceeded my expectations, the daily videos and photos during my two weeks vacation helped me stay updated and relaxed during my holidays. Dawn will love your pet like her own. She is very well trained and knowledgeable about dogs which gave me an instant confidence in her. My husband felt the same. Jay loved her stay with her (daily play, treats, and everything in between!) and will happily go back to stay at her place when we go back in vacation. Thank you so much Dawn, until next time.

Dawn is the best! She is so patient with my anxious greyhound, Mabel. Mabel takes a while to warm up to strangers and Dawn was always so caring and went at her pace. She truly cares about forming bonds with the dogs she walks which gives me so much peace of mind as an owner! She is incredibly reliable and communicative before, during, and after walks. I always look forward to getting pictures/videos and a text report of what her and Mabel did on their walk!

5 stars for Dawn! She has been watching my dog, Kat, for the past few years and has been wonderful. Kat is a very anxious dog and needs time to warm up to people, Dawn took that time and now from the pictures and videos that Dawn sends me I can see Dawn is one of Kats favorite people! Right from the minute we walked into her yard, I knew Dawn was the right fit for us. Our dogs are anxious and tend to get a bit rambunctious when experiencing new things/places. They walked right in like they were at home. They played in the yard, sniffing and exploring for the entire hour that Dawn and I chatted. I have never seen my dogs acclimate immediately before. That brought great peace of mind. Ella and Louie have stayed with Dawn multiple times. Every time they are happy at both drop-off and pick-up. Dawn sends pictures, videos, and fun little stories about their day. She takes great care of them and clearly gives them love and attention. We just booked two more stays over the next few months because we have finally found the place for our dogs. Dawn is wonderful with our cats! We have a very skittish 2 year old who generally hides from people she’s not familiar with. Dawn was able to earn her trust in one visit. The litter boxes are always neat and tidy when we return and food bowls are always clean and full. Dawn provides many photo updates of our cats when we’re out of town and it’s nice to see them having fun. We will always trust Dawn to take good care of our kitties!

Dawn and her team have been taking care of our elder kitty in our absence for quite a while.  Our kitty requires special medication once a day and Dawn's Pet Care  Service administers that with dedication and care.  They provide good communications to us while we are away.  We are very grateful to them for taking such good care of our cat when we are away from home.
