Petminders is phenomenal. They are so thorough, conscientious, kind, and do a great job taking care of our dog and two cats whenever we’re away. We are so lucky to have them. I especially LOVE coming home to read the little reports the Chelsea and her staff write up about each visit. I look forward to reading them so much and they put an huge smile on my face! Another plus for Petminders is how easy everything is. I just let them know what I need, they let me know if it works with their schedule and then they just come and do it and I have such peace of mind. I can’t recommend them enough, especially as I am uncomfortable ever boarding my dog anywhere except with family. My dog is also a French Bulldog and they are so careful with her in the extreme heat, which is a huge amount of peace of mind. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

PetMinders are the absolute best! This was our first time using them when we traveled for the holidays and they were fantastic. Chelsea and her team came a few times to meet our pups and really bonded with them prior to our trip. Our girl pup can be a bit nervous but they were so great with her and by the end she had become their best friend! While we were away, we got updates and even a video. I highly recommend them for all your pet sitting needs ❤️

I can’t speak more highly about Pet Minders. I left my cat, Zoe, for the first time with "strangers". Kris and Lauren sent videos, at each visit, of them playing, brushing, and giving Zoe treats. It was so reassuring to know that my pet was well taken care of while I was away.

I am so grateful to Petminders for their outstanding care. Chelsea‘s team goes above and beyond to ensure that the cats are well taken care of and happy. They have left notes and play toys and this last time they gave our cats adorable pet dishes. We have been using Petminders for years and they are superior to any service we have ever had. I have been using Pet Minders for about a year, when I go on vacation. They have been great. Recently I had surgery, and needed to use them during my recovery. I have seen first-hand how they interact with my dogs, and how much the dogs love the walkers. They have gone over and above to help, including taking garbage to the curb and once even shoveling the steps when they didn’t think it was being done quickly enough. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The team is not only loving and attentive, but also trustworthy, punctual, and genuinely committed to the pets they care for. What really sets them apart are the little things: they bring in packages and mail if I’m not home, and they always leave detailed notes after each visit. The notes show how well they know my dogs—their routines, quirks, and even any changes in behavior or possible health concerns. It gives me real peace of mind. Mostly, the notes just leave me smiling and laughing because they really connect with my 2 fur babies! Chelsea is also incredibly flexible. When unexpected things come up, she always does her best to accommodate last-minute requests. That kind of dependability is rare and deeply appreciated. I am a return customer with Petminders NJ in Warren NJ. I have a recently rescued dog and needed to travel for 5 days. Prior to my trip, a staff member met Callie and learned about her routine and other important info. On returning home, I found very detailed notes about each of the visits with Callie. I felt as if I had been there. Callie was happy when I returned, but I think she kept looking for her new friends. I recommend, without hesitation, the pet services of Petminders NJ.
