We’ve used DogwalkingDC for over a year - we were originally so happy, but recently the service has gone down hill. It is very disappointing because we loved them! We are not assigned the same walkers everyday. We have walkers show up hours late outside a time slot with inexcusable reasons. Our dog has sat home for 8+ hours with no updates on more than three occasions. We also have requested a service with no communication, forcing us to scramble out friends to help us at the 11th hour. It’s all unacceptable. Again, we once loved, but it has been very disappointing recently. Today was my final straw when I left work and our dog walker was just arriving when I arrived home. We scheduled the walk for 11 am. It’s 5 pm. It is inconsistent and not reliable. We’re done.
Excellent service! We have been with Dog Walking DC for about two years. The team has been fantastic, especially the following walkers - Alejandro, Eddy and Oscar have been awesome. Joanne has also been so amazing as well. If you need someone to walk your dog in D.C. I 100% recommend Dog Walking DC -- they'll treat your dog as their own!
Adrian has been my dogwalker for over 3 years and has never cancelled. He takes excellent care of my pup and I am so grateful for his professionalism and dependablity.
