I can’t believe I’ve been using Aja Pet Services for years and haven’t left a review yet—because they truly deserve all the praise! When my beloved pitbull Vince and I relocated from New Jersey to Florida, we didn’t have any local friends or family to help out when life got busy. That’s when I came across Aja Pet Service—and I’ve never looked back. From day one, Heidi has been nothing short of incredible. She immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in trusting her team with Vince, which is no small thing. Like most pet parents, I’m super cautious about who I leave my fur baby with—but Heidi and her team quickly earned my trust with their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals. What sets Aja apart is not just their reliability, but the heart they put into everything. Heidi is always responsive, flexible, and goes above and beyond to ensure pets and their families are cared for—even in last-minute situations. You can tell she only hires sitters who share her same passion and commitment. Huge shoutout to Kendra, Arielle, and now Caron—Vince absolutely adores you! Knowing he’s in such loving hands gives me peace of mind every time I’m away. We’re so grateful to be part of the Aja Pet Service family. Heidi is INCREDIBLE. We are very particular about who watches our two cats and I can't tell you how detailed she is. My husband and I met her while she was walking around the neighborhood with dogs she was sitting. She had on her clearly marked pet service tshirt and after seeing her around the neighborhood a few times, we finally approached her. She came over for a consultation and my cats immediately took a liking to her. She is consistent, very caring, clean, meticulous and very detailed with her photo updates and end of the shift "notes". My husband and I looked forward to her end of the pix of the cats and the small notations she'd make about each one. She even watered our tomato plants! We finally have piece of mind that our babies are in good hands when we are away. Heidi is a trustworthy professional and I highly recommend her and her business.

Need peace of mind for you and your pets? Look no further- Aja Pet Services is the BEST!!! Whether I want to get away for a long weekend or need someone to help out with walking/feeding when life gets hectic, Heidi is always available. My fist time away I was nervous, having 2 dogs, one being a rescue and the other triggered by other dogs on walks, but Heidi understands their personalities and gave me constant updates! I think one of my fur babies was disappointed when I came home : P I would definitely recommend her services to anyone!

Aja Pet Service was absolutely incredible, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Our cat is newly diagnosed as diabetic, so we were nervous asking Heidi and Brendan to come give her shots. Totally unwarranted: they were prompt, sent wonderful notes and photos, and obviously loved on our senior kitty. It was such a relief not to have to worry! Would recommend them to anyone needing a cat sitter or dog sitter.

Aja Pet Service is an amazing pet sitting service. I had no worries about my pets while I was away for a couple days. I received plenty of updates with pictures to ensure my fuzzies were happy. This was the first time I used a pet sitting service, and I will use no other. The key is finding a sitter who knows my pets are my children, and treating them as such. Heidi and her crew are experts who love and care for their clients pets as if they were their own. I won't use anyone else.

Definitely recommend Heidi!! She has taken care of our two dogs several times while we have vacationed and we had complete peace of mind! She is fantastic at communicating so that you know exactly when they have been walked and fed. She has an app so that you see the route they walk on, which she sends after each walk. She also sends several other pictures she takes of them during each visit :-)) The dogs are always happy and relaxed when we get home!!

Aja Pet Service has made going away for a weekend or a longer trip so much easier. We don’t worry about leaving the animals or the house what so ever. Heidi has this down. We have had Alix, Teah and Ksenia take care of the house and animals. All four of these ladies have done a fantastic job. They always leave the house clean, send photo updates and take great care of our animals. I recommend Aja pet Service to everyone I know who needs a pet sitter.
