We’ve used this mobile grooming service for over 2 years, which makes this especially difficult to share. After installing a Ring camera, we reviewed footage from an appointment and witnessed behavior that was extremely concerning. Our dog ran out of the van, and when the female owner approached her, she reached for her by striking her in the face, then grabbed her by the fur so tightly that our dog screamed in distress. The footage shows her continuing to hit our dog in the face. We immediately ended our relationship with this business. This was not a minor mistake or a moment of poor judgment—it was a level of handling that no pet should ever experience. We are in the process of determining next steps and documenting what occurred. We strongly encourage other pet owners to be mindful and ask questions about how their pets are treated, especially when they are out of sight. We are sharing this so others can make informed decisions. No animal deserves to be handled this way. Attached below are screenshots of my ring camera during the assault.

After seeing ring camera footage from a grooming visit involving a dog I personally know, I’m honestly very disappointed and hurt. Hearing her scream was especially upsetting and raised serious concerns about how animals are being handled. Because of what I saw, I would not feel comfortable bringing my own dog back. I strongly encourage others to ask questions and make sure their pets are treated with patience and care at all times. Very thankful I made the decision to stop going there when I did.

My baby came back looking so beautiful and happy! She is a lover but very reserved at first and likes to observe people before going with them. She had no issues with her grooming session today and went happily. I could tell she felt so clean and pretty after. Definitely using KK Pet Care again. I will be trying the deep teeth clean next time.

K & K is the best pet groomer company we have used. It is so convenient to have a reliable and trustworthy company come to our home and take the dogs into their mobile spa. They are fairly priced and take great pride and care in the care of our fur babies. We have been using them for approximately six months.

We absolutely love K&K pet grooming. Unfortunately our beloved pet past away so we haven't seen them in a while. They are the only people we trusted with our pet. He hated to get his hair cut but with them he got so excited and wanted to get groomed. Both husband and wife had the pet whisperer thing going on because Max did not like anybody except my wife and I until he met K&K. They were always on time and if they were going to be a little late they would call and let you know what was going on. Not once in all the years we used them did they give a bad grooming. Before we met them Max had very long nails because he wouldn't let anybody touch his feet. We tried 6 other groomers and nobody could do it but K&K never had a problem. Thank you K&K, you made Max have a wonderful last few years!!

KK Pet Care is the only company we trust for natural dental cleanings. Our dog has beautiful clean teeth after and no more bad breath. They truly are the best and the most caring with follow up messages and after care tips. Our dog gets excited when she seems them so that says a lot!
