Jenn, my pet sitter, goes above and beyond in her care. I receive daily pictures, slideshows, and fun updates that show just how well she understands my cat’s unique personality. She’s also an excellent house sitter, taking care of everything from checking the mail to watering my plants and bringing in the garbage cans. Ms. Jenn is been a blessing to our family of pets for over three years. She mainly walked our dog Cooper while we’re busy in our jobs as teachers. She accommodated her fees according to the school schedule and her fees were always fair. She also cared for our kitties, Lulu and Lola on regular basis. We have taken trips overseas and she’s the one to care for all the pets which speaks of absolute trust with our home. She’s a very loving human being that will provide your pets with love and total care. You’ll also receive a daily report of your pet’s activities. Jenn is honestly the best pet sitter we've ever had, and we've had quite a few! She truly seems to care for our pets as if they are her own, sends the best updates while we are away and somehow manages to leave the animals looking better than when we'd left. Our family has had a wonderful relationship with Jennifer owner of Paw Keepers that spans 15 years! She has taken care of my dogs with love and care while staying in our home. I never worry while away as I know our boys are happy. Communication is key with Jennifer. Keeping in touch with some adorable pictures of our boys or a quick cell call to catch me up on " a day in the life of Theo and Vance"! Aside for dog sitting, Jennifer left our home in fabulous condition. The bed was changed, kitchen spotless and she took great care of of my plants and flowers. I also want to share a very personal story regarding the care Jennifer gives. My dad passed away in 2008 and Jennifer played a significant role in his care. He lived with us and while I was at work she provided elder care making his lunch and providing conversation that was so meaningful. My family and I are so grateful to have Jennifer in our lives, not only for our dogs but for us. Finding a caring, trustworthy and honorable business person is not easy. Should you need her services you will have an opportunity to work with a wonderful woman who truly has made a difference in our lives. I would never put my boys in a kennel as long as I can have Jennifer stay with them in their home.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Jenn from Paw Keepers Pet Care while we were away on a 3-week cruise. From the very beginning, Jenn proved to be incredibly reliable, friendly, attentive, and truly caring—everything you hope for when trusting someone with your pets and your home. Her consistency and dependability gave us total peace of mind the entire time we were away. Jenn went above and beyond in every way. She didn’t just "check in" on our cats—she genuinely spent quality time with them, making sure to include playtime during her visits, learning their personalities, and ensuring each one got the attention they needed. It was obvious from the photos and videos that Zan, Rosie, and Luna were comfortable, engaged, and thriving under her care. What really set Jenn apart was her exceptional communication. Every single day, she sent detailed updates letting us know how things were going, along with thoughtful notes about each visit. Even better, she frequently included photo collages or videos of our cats—Zan, Rosie, and Luna—which absolutely made our day while we were traveling. It was so reassuring (and honestly heartwarming) to see them happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely compassionate pet sitter, we cannot recommend Jenn and Paw Keepers Pet Care highly enough. I can't say enough good things about Jenn and our experience with Paw Keepers. Jenn is incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable. When we first found Jenn, we had one senior rescue, Lucy, and one recently retired working dog, Tank. They both needed very different things during Jenn's visits - Lucy needed walks and potty breaks while Tank needed someone to play with him and help him adjust to retirement life while my husband and I were at work. Jenn was able to meet both of them where they were at and provide them with a daily routine full of love and treats. When we lost Lucy, Jenn, was incredibly thoughtful and understanding and she helped Tank adjust to his new routine without his sister. As Tank has aged, Jenn has done a wonderful job of identifying what he was up for each day, whether it be a very short walk around the yard or a longer walk down the block. Jenn also ensured Tank received plenty of treats and love during every visit and she went above and beyond by cleaning up the dog toys and folding the blankets in the dog beds along with ensuring he had fresh water and bringing in any packages on the porch. I especially appreciated the daily notes Jenn would leave recapping her visit. Jenn also watched our friend's dog, Lily, whenever she stayed with us as well as my daughter's dog, Blaze, whenever she visited. If you are looking for a caring and trustworthy companion for your beloved fur baby than look no further than Jenn. We recently moved and while there were a number of hard things accompanying the move by far the hardest was having to tell Jenn we were leaving, knowing how much she loves and cares for Tank and how much he loves her.
